100% recommend!! Great restaurant, outstanding services, very unique interior design, #1 DJ/MC, and of course awesome owners! We went there for a concert, Nargiz, everything was great!!!! Definitely recommend 🙌🙌🙌

Amazing venue! We had so much fun there for Nikita Presnyakov performance. Great service and atmosphere! DJ was entertaining the crowd and his spins got everyone in the dance floor. Can’t wait to be back!

Friday and Saturday nights live entertainment is so amazing. The salads are fresh the wood fire grilled menu is so delicious and they will accommodate anything you may need with a smile!

It’s unrealistically loud, I can’t even describe how loud the music and musicians are, you can’t even hear the person sitting next to you at all. The service is excellent, the waiters are constantly working, but I didn’t like the food, although there was a variety and we tried a lot of things.

We were at the Gio Piki concert, the concert and the atmosphere itself were amazing. But, unfortunately, we were disappointed with the attitude towards the guest from the restaurant staff. We had pre-ordered the menu, so we expected that we would come and some snacks would be ready. This happened on some tables, but not on ours. As a result, based on the waiter’s questions, it was clear that our order was lost and she had to enter it again. We waited for food for 2 hours, but it never arrived. The concert ended, we decided to cancel our order, since we only received 2 items from the menu - cold cuts and salad, two hours later. When they wanted to catch our waiter’s eye, she simply looked away and pretended that we weren’t there. The waiter simply ignored us.
We asked the waiter for the bill for the food, which we eventually managed to wait for, but they began to tell us that we would still have to pay the minimum amount per person, which in no way corresponded to what we had eaten through no fault of ours. As a result, the restaurant made concessions and did not charge us for air. Thanks for that. I can understand the waiters who are stressed out because the room is full, but it was a pre-order; out of 6 items on the menu, we only received 2, two hours later. Some woman, not in the uniform of a waiter or manager. came and started to be rude to us, claiming that we were wrong. If you can't cope with a full seating, it means you need more waiters or cooks.

We were in a restaurant for a concert. We were told that we had to pre-order food because... It will not be possible to order on the spot, and that all dishes will be on the table before the concert starts at 9pm. We made a pre-order 2 weeks before the concert, but when we arrived at the restaurant, there was not one dish on our table. We clarified this point with the waiter - at 8pm, when the restaurant was still almost empty, she wrote down our pre-order and disappeared. After almost two hours we received cold cuts and vegetable salad. The waitress stupidly ignored us and walked past. We also didn’t get the refill drink. The concert ended around 11pm and we only had salad and cold cuts on the table. We were left hungry, angry and in a bad mood without waiting for the other 2 salads and hot ones. *When we presented all this to the owner of the establishment and his “manager”, the response we received was “can’t you see how many people are in the hall, your food is being prepared, wait.” Rudeness and no subordination in communication with the client. A complete failure in everything!!!

I just had an incredible experience at The Place Restaurant! The customer service was outstanding, with a team that made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely amazing, and the versatile music created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. I was in this restaurant at a GioPika concert. The performance was cool, but that's where the positives ended. The doors had to be opened at 7 pm since the concert started at 8, so people ended up standing in the cold or sitting in cars. As a result, they started coming in at 8 pm. The tables were not ready, people waited for their pre-orders for about an hour and a half. I placed an order immediately when I entered when the restaurant was empty, but I was never able to get my food and evaluate the cuisine. By the way, the drinks were brought 40-50 after ordering. This is a complete failure….. I was in this restaurant at the Giopika concert. The performance was cool, this is the end of the pluses. The doors had to be open at 7 p.m. since the concert began at 8 p.m., as a result, people stood in the cold or sat in cars. As a result, they started coming in at 8 p.m. The tables were not ready, people waited for their pre-orders for about an hour and a half. I made an order as soon as I came in with an empty restaurant, but I still couldn't get my food and evaluate the cuisine. By the way, the drinks were brought 40-50 after the order. Service and management is ridiculous!! Main courses that should be hot are COLD, likely not even freshly prepared. Salads have rotten vegetables, chef cook walks around touches stuff and goes back into kitchen. No HYGENE or sanitation. And no respect towards customer, they are ALWAYS right. Poor poor poor, avoid this horribly managed restaurant. Actually, they named it right, its not even a restaurant, just a “place”… ????

I recommend visiting the restaurant because it has a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent service from the waiters and delicious food, which is served in large portions. The DJ and singers with their varied repertoire made sure that our company danced all evening. It was fun!
