Good home-cooked meals here. Definitely got the comfort foods like a breakfast bowl or biscuits and gravy. However, they do offer healthier options like parfaits and smoothies. Great prices and even had lattes or other espresso drinks!

Food is delicious! pancakes have crisp edges, fluffy middle, and scrapple has a wonderful crust & is packed with flavor! Pleasant surprise for such a small place. The hour-long trip was worth it! Service is prompt and waitstaff is courteous. Prices are more than reasonable for the amount you get. Have the Maple pancake sandwich. It's worth every penny!

This stop by was a pleasant surprise. Looking for something to eat. Very small sign & almost missed it. Found front door with logo on it. There are multiple businesses on site. "Den" is top front middle door. Other businesses also located in back lower level of building. Clean with a fresh modern cafe look. Waitress/cashier immediately greeted & directed seating. Today's visual menu is posted on large boards on wall (can't miss them). Menu & drinks shortly followed. Pic below - ham club w/criscut fry (delicious), grilled chicken sandwich w/mandarin orange salad (delicious), gyro salad also delicious, liberty strawberry lemonade w/fresh fruit was very good & refreshing. Waitress & cook were very nice. Thos plave has it rock'n on every single item that came to the table!!!! Highly recommend & will return to try othe items on the menu.Vegetarian options: Upon requestKid-friendliness: Kids menu w/pics for kids to choose. High chairs available. Kids corner as well.Parking: Free parking lot but is full & somewhat difficult in room available.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a person in wheelchair who readliy came thru door got his take out & left w/o issue.Dietary restrictions: Upon request

This is Bedford. No fancy sign. No fancy store front. Just good service and a great place for friends and food.
Waited 30 minutes for our breakfast and cafe not crowded when we arrived. Our eggs were cold, potatoes most likely cooked yesterday and reheated in old grease, sausage full of grease. My chipped beef gravy came directly from the refrigerator...never heated. Good thing I had cash as their card machine was not working. Won't go again.

The lion's den is a great choice for anybody hungry! I visited late in the morning this past Saturday. There was no wait for a table, the wait staff were friendly and efficient, and we had drinks within minutes. The food all came out in good time, and everything was exactly to order. I can personally recommend the omelettes. We even put in an order for an item not on the menu, and they were able to accommodate. The ambience was nice. There was some quiet music. It was a nice place to sit and visit for a few minutes with friends. We have no complaints at all with our visit! Good work Lion's Den! I will be back.Kid-friendliness: Our group had several children. The menu has options for little people, and there were high chairs available.Parking: Parking is available in front of, and behind the building. There is also a front and back entrance.
