What about this cup full of ice is less ice?! Also ordered a glazed donut with a few drops of glaze on it. If I wanted a dry donut I'd have ordered an old fashioned one! Ugh so tired of this kind of service with most Dunkins!

Been going here for a few months now. I typically order through the app, I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order. My regular coffee order tastes consistent, staff has always been nice even when they are slammed. I've personally never had any issues!

I remember coming here and waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins before I could speak to someone, 2 months later nothing has changed. Long wait time at the drive thru, 6 cars.

Everytime I order from this Dunkin they mess up my order. Didn’t even fill my drink up all the way and the service just sucks. Wouldn’t recommend

A kid who is16yrs old who lost his mother less than a week was fired due to not contacting them. The day his mother passed away, they were notified in person to please take him off the schedule until they are notified by his father. They sent a text that evening saying let them know when we can put you back on the schedule ( less than 24hrs after what happened). Repeated text messages to this kid. I understand he was an employee, but have some compassion. First of all, he was in training, second of all you never had a code for him to even clock in so he was literally working without being on the clock. You texted him today to say he did not show up for his shift therefore we need to let you go. The lack of sympathy is disgraceful. He is a child, it has not even been a week!!!! This was done at the Fleetwood location who is also affiliated with the Oley location
I've been a return customer for about six months to a year. However, that changes today after a very rude customer interaction I had. I ordered a coffee & avocado toast. My first avocado toast was not toasted, so I asked them nicely to redo it. The new kid on the block made it and threw it on the table...Did not even say we apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for your business. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will never go here again. Customer service has gone downhill these days, and it really sucks.

We pulled up and they had very few selection of donuts left . When we got them the Donuts were stale , and they had NO SPRINKLES?! My kids were very disappointed. The girl was also very rushy . Will not be returning to this location.
