Apparently the drive thru takes precedent over walk in customers. Should have been lazy and probably would have been in and out in no time. Found myself standing by the register while I could clearly hear cat after car getting their orders paces while I was still standing around. When my coffee was served, had to ask for tye donut that I ordered. While I get drive thru may be a priority, at least acknowledge ypur walk in customers. As with any Dunkin, coffee and donut was decent.

You have to hit this place at a particular time to get good service. First of all, they usually only have 2 people working, and that place gets very busy. If you go there when their busy, forget trying to get served within 20 minutes! Also the way the place inside is set up. If they don't see you walk in, your doomed. They have high stainless steel machines or cabinets that total block the employees view. So you just stand there hoping they catch a glimpse of you waiting. It's not 100% the employees fault, after all the place gets busy. But there has been several times that I got tired of waiting and walked out, as I've seen others as well. They should rearrange the counter, and put another employee on to help. Al for over all. The place is clean and they serve good coffee. So in closing, service gets 2 ⭐️'s and the rest gets 4 ⭐️'s. UPDATE! 1/28/2026 I went there this morning and waited over 15 minutes. A employee saw me 3 times and ignored me, then the woman working the drive up window said, will someone help the customer at the counter. Guess what? I wanted ANOTHER 5 minutes, then walked out!!! That makes the 4th time! I'm finished with that particular location! And i ALWAYS buy 2 cups of dunkin donuts coffee a day. You lose!! I just drive to shillington or Oley. They have VERY fast great coffee!!! 0 ⭐️'s for the location on price town rd.(rt. 12)!!!!!

I walked in and wait at the counter for about 5 minutes while the staff ignored me and served the drive thru until I left without an acknowledgment that I was even in the building. There was no line in the drive thru and at least 4 staff working. They should take this DD to the ground and salt the earth. I posted an empty hand because that is all I could get. Never stopping again there are plenty of of other places that actually want business.

Been going here for a few months now. I typically order through the app, I don't think I've ever had an incorrect order. My regular coffee order tastes consistent, staff has always been nice even when they are slammed. I've personally never had any issues!

I ordered egg and cheese on bagel. They served it with bacon. I asked for a replacement. They messed it up too.
