Everytime I order from this Dunkin they mess up my order. Didn’t even fill my drink up all the way and the service just sucks. Wouldn’t recommend

A kid who is16yrs old who lost his mother less than a week was fired due to not contacting them. The day his mother passed away, they were notified in person to please take him off the schedule until they are notified by his father. They sent a text that evening saying let them know when we can put you back on the schedule ( less than 24hrs after what happened). Repeated text messages to this kid. I understand he was an employee, but have some compassion. First of all, he was in training, second of all you never had a code for him to even clock in so he was literally working without being on the clock. You texted him today to say he did not show up for his shift therefore we need to let you go. The lack of sympathy is disgraceful. He is a child, it has not even been a week!!!! This was done at the Fleetwood location who is also affiliated with the Oley location

I've been a return customer for about six months to a year. However, that changes today after a very rude customer interaction I had. I ordered a coffee & avocado toast. My first avocado toast was not toasted, so I asked them nicely to redo it. The new kid on the block made it and threw it on the table...Did not even say we apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for your business. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and will never go here again. Customer service has gone downhill these days, and it really sucks.

We pulled up and they had very few selection of donuts left . When we got them the Donuts were stale , and they had NO SPRINKLES?! My kids were very disappointed. The girl was also very rushy . Will not be returning to this location.

We walked in to order and didn't see anyone at the register so we stood where the employees could see us, but two of them just stood around in the back while another put things into an oven. They kept avoiding eye contact and we stood there for 10 minutes. Normally the service here is great but today if was kinda awful.

I go almost everyday and have never has a bad experience!
I did a mobile order. When I got there they said they were out of the flavoring. In the past the manager would do the refund at the store. This manager said I would have to go on the app to get the refund. All the app wanted to do was give me 250 points and that isn't enough for another medium drink. Most of the time I get good service there but the turnaround of staff is high.

I asked for a triple toasted English muffin with butter seen on receipt dark toasted English muffin looks like it wasn’t even toasted at all. The kids working for them are too busy on their phone and talking and not paying attention to the receipt orders this is why I will never come back to Dunkin’ Donuts Starbucks is consistent. That’s why you see long lines at Starbucks and not at Dunkin’ Donuts.

I don't usually complain, but I feel the need to caution others. I ordered the creamy chicken sandwich wrap here last week and got really sick. The stomach cramps were severe. I can't remember the last time I had such explosive diarrhea. Nothing else I ate could have accounted for the illness. I will not order food here again.

This has to be the worst Dunkin I go to. Every time it Takes forever for people to answer Is you to take your order. And then when you get your order it's not even made right. You offer 15 an hour to start managers and they can't even make the coffee correctly it's not that hard.
