This has to be the worst Dunkin I go to. Every time it Takes forever for people to answer Is you to take your order. And then when you get your order it's not even made right. You offer 15 an hour to start managers and they can't even make the coffee correctly it's not that hard.

Several times now I’ve put my mobile order on times pick up and when I come in to pick it up I’ve walked in to employees doing absolutely nothing and them only starting my order upon me entering and asking for my order. Kind of defeats the purpose of a mobile order, no?Not only that but last time when I explained I was in a hurry and I had put the order in advance because I was on a schedule the guy flat out lied to me and told me the order “just came up”…..my dude didn’t realize the time the receipt printed as on what he gave to me and it was clearly way in advance.Lying to my face is never a good look, especially when it’s so easy to disprove.I love to tip for excellent service but every time I come in here it’s like pulling teeth to get my order in a timely fashion ?

I've stopped here handful of times solely out of convenience, but the staff seems to be incredibly hit or miss. It seems they're *slightly* more pleasant if you go inside, but the drive-thru staff set the bar pretty low.Go a little further to literally anywhere else if you can.Stopped for a drink, was told they didn't have what I asked for, asked for a recommendation which was met with silence... don't tell me twice not to give you my money.

I went to Dunkin before work for a quick coffee and waited at the window for 15 minutes, only to finally get a watered down beverage. It was definately not the coffee I ordered, it was unfit for human consumption. I would recommend using a different Dunkin, this is not my first bad experience at this Dunkin.

My drink is never made the same when I go. (everyday!) Isn't there any training for these people?? $5.00 per beverage I should be able to expect it to be correct! Guess I'll be going to 5th Street for my stuff.

Apparently actually managing to put those donuts in the bag to ensure your customer receives the items they paid for is an incredibly difficult task. Not like that particular menu item is in the establishment name or anything??‍♀️ honestly pathetic.

Sept 12. The young lady at the drivethrough was very pleasant despite being very busy. I drove off without my card, she ran out the front door to flag me down.

I got a good bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich and a medium coffee. All was good, but I had a bunch of coffee grounds in the bottom of my cup.

Here is the deal. I frequent this DD often walk-in, drive thu, and occasionally sit to do work because my daughter goes to the gym.. this place is newish. I have gone out of my way to drive to other DDs, why? Because it is dirty. It needs a good cleaning and attention to detail. Plus, this place is a revolving door of staff. It an problem...why? Because if you invest in your staff they will give more and care more. Just an observation.

Very slow!Coffee stood on the drive through counter for a while before they gave it to us. And we bought from inside the store.All employees are very talkative among themselves instead of attending to order on a timely matter.

Talk about a breath of fresh air when the gentleman who is working last Friday evening waited on us in the Drive-Thru. He was very polite and went out of his way to make our daughters day special. He put a smile on our entire family's face and everything from being very polite kind and with a good personality.. can only hope that these major corporations like Dunkin' donuts will start to recognize the value and employees like this and give them incentive to not just stick around but hopefully start their own franchise

This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star Very rude also My order is ALWAYS wrong and cold ! Go to Oley , service is excellent!Employees are very nice !
