2nd time at this location, you have to repeat order multiple times, only to end up with missing or wrong items.
Consistent, great staff
Every time I have stopped at this location before taking my 2 hour ride to poconos on Mondays, their machine to make frozen coffees never is on or working or they’re out of stock… I literally waste my time by stopping there. 2 times out of the 20 times I have stopped, were they ever able to make my frozen caramel coffee…. Way too ironic if you ask me … I think it’s verified at this point for me not to bother stopping there because someone doesn’t want to turn on the machine or bother making the frozen coffee.
The girl behind the counter, she is cute, but had a bad attitude today. Not sure if was her time of the month, or if she is naturally that way.
Service was excellent, the manager was also great. Have to kind of slam the woman's restroom faucet to turn it off. Nice outdoor space to sit also!
Run out of donuts all the time.
Typical DD experience
Had to remind them of two separate items on my order that they forgot. First, they didn't give me a drink I ordered, and then they shut the window before I had a chance to tell them that they didn't include an order of the Valentine's munchkins. I understand that it's not their fault if they run out, but I can 100% guarantee that the girl running the window was hoping I'd drive off without realizing their mistake. I waved and beeped my horn, and they looked at us and ignored us until another girl came and said they were trying to figure it out (yet they didn't communicate that with us). Dunkin, train your workers or make it so that they can mark unavailable items on the app. Very frustrated and disapointed with the service and attitude at this location.
I tend to stop here during my travels and always get great service.
The other reviews speak for themselves. That said, this location is actually better than the Blandon location. Granted that is a low bar.

Fleetwood Dunkin (on 222) is a JOKE!! They are always out of multiple items. Isn’t keeping that place stocked, somebody’s job?!? I understand that things happen, but it’s all of the time.
Not to mention….. Worst customer service. Service itself is horrible. Most of the staff are miserable. It’s okay to not like your job, but at least pretend you do? That’s part of working a customer service job kids.
I tend to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts on my way to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, because it’s conveniently located just off the highway near Route 222/Kutztown. It’s an easy stop to jump off and back on the road. However, my experience with this location has been a bit mixed, leading to my four-star review for the atmosphere.
While the location itself is convenient, one major issue stands out during the summer months: the farm directly across the street. The farm, which was obviously there long before the Dunkin’ was built, releases a strong odor on hot days. Unfortunately, this can make the drive-through experience unpleasant. There have been times when the smell was so overwhelming that my family and I decided to skip this location altogether and head to another one further down the road.
While I’m used to farm life, I can see how this could catch others off guard—especially those stopping by for a quick coffee who might not expect such a sour odor in the air. It’s a factor I’m sure the developers didn’t anticipate when choosing the location, but it’s something that impacts the overall experience and might even affect sales.
That said, this Dunkin’ is otherwise fine for a quick stop, but be mindful of this issue if you’re visiting during the summer heat.

Got a dozen donuts. Not sure how many days old they were. They also ran out of bacon.

There food is awful 🤑
Always out of everything. Went around 11am on a Saturday. Out of bagels and croissants. Sometimes out of creamer too. Employees are usually nice about it, which i understand it’s not their fault. I never leave reviews for places let alone bad ones, but the lack of items every time I go here makes me not want to return. Go elsewhere if you actually plan on getting what you want.
