This was the worse food and drinks we every had. Donuts where not fresh they where a day or more old. Coffee was not fresh. It was burnt and reheated. Staff was knowledgeable of this and still gave it to the customers ?? I would not recommend purchasing anything from this location.Parking: Parking wasnt a problem, no one was really there.Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have automatic doors for those who need help entering the building.

I've never seen a Dunkin donuts fail before. Corporate greed at its finest. Six cars sitting at the drive-thru at 1:30 on a Friday afternoon, You go inside and stand in front of the counter and nobody comes. What is the point of this place existing? I need a TD Bank. Can we please close down Dunkin and make this property a TD Bank? Their food and coffee is garbage. They should have died with Toys r Us

Had the pleasure of meeting the rudest staff member ever this morning! Really gave my morning a JOLT! Who needs coffee when you can get your heart rate up just being threatened to a call to the police over asking for the name of the person who is big and bad speaking to you through the drive thru speaker but runs and hides in the back when you come in the store on the phone with Dunkin customer service!All I wanted was to surprise my family with Dunkin on a Sunday morning…all 3 drinks tasted like strait water. The hot chocolate wasn’t mixed at all and when I drove all the way back, the response was ‘so do you like want us to remake them?’ No apology, attitude and ugly stares the whole time she remade our drinks. Refused to take back the first round of ‘drinks’ (which I only brought back as an honest person who wasn’t trying to double dip) made my 10 year old get out of the car and walk around the building where there was an over flowing trash can she was supposed to throw these cups I guess…. Horrid experience this employee needs to learn what customer service is! Waiting on a call from the owner so I guess we’ll seeADDING: it’s been a month and haven’t heard a word from anyone at Dunkin so clearly they value their customers here. I will drive to Starbucks from now on, Dunkin lost a loyal customer.

Rudest person at drive-thru window. When I asked for a Dunkaccino, she replied with “We don’t make that.” My next request was a toasted croissant with butter, she said they were out. Then I asked if she had the White Chocolate Latte, she sarcastically said, “Do I have lattes? Uhm, yeah,” I pulled up to the next window and got my latte (only served half way) and a donut. Next, I waited about 7 minutes to get the hot food (I also ordered the loaded hash browns and egg bites). It felt like a long time, but I waited patiently. When she handed my food to me, I looked in the bag to make sure my order was correct. She said to me, “IT’S ALL IN THERE. CAN YOU MOVE? YOU’RE HOLDING UP THE LINE.” I had to ask for napkins and utensils. Btw, the loaded hash brown had no bacon bits. Then again, I seem to have high expectations.**To the young lady that works at this Dunkin’: Do everyone a favor and go get yourself another job.

Ordered a bunch of donuts & drinks. Most to all donuts were upside down & all the chocolate that's supposed to be on top were on/in the bag...Little to no common sense was executed...Drinks were okay but not great. If I could rate zero, I would.

Ordered online for 7am pickup. Traffic 2 cars deep in the road. So I went inside instead of adding to the traffic. I am a daily regular on 2nd. A woman working the drive thru tore me a new one because I came inside. The 2 gentleman working the drive thru were very nice. She was not and the woman making the sandwiches looked horrified. I hate this dunkin on first. That woman is never nice, and both hot coffee leaked.

Went there on Saturday morning…..out of hot decaf coffee, out of creamers and out of carriers….My heart goes out to the workers of this establishment. Who is running this place? Not to mention the service station is filthy dirty. I apologize to the staff for this awful review I know this isn’t your fault. In addition, all this happened before 9 am.
