Went there with my family for the first time, yesterday. Kiosk order process is clear and concise. Nice selection of options including vegetarian. Since I’m a nube with this style of food, and always a bit cautious when going to new places, I was pleasantly surprised. Will def be returning when in the area.

Of the 5 Poke places I've tried in the Valley, Aloha Poke Fogelsville is my favorite. The food is very fresh and really delicious! Portion size is great and they are generous with toppings. They offer a good selection of items for the bowls. I always get a custom bowl with extra add-ons, and I haven't had an incorrect order yet. Friendly service and a very clean store. Prices are excellent, and a few dollars lower than most competitors. I really love this place and highly recommend!

Food was really good. Service was great. I really enjoyed my Boba tea. They even have popping bubbles that you can order which have sweet syrup inside. The spicy poke bowl was a nice mild spicy which contained some slides jalapeños which went well with the ingredients inside.

Honeydew tea tasted funky, asked employee for a different flavor and she refused. She already had messed up my order by making a boba tea instead so maybe she thought she’d be waisting more than she needed to. However, customer is always right, it was a simple swap request, and she refused me. Please re-think your customer service strategies.
