I'm reading reviews in my car before work, close to this arbys. Was really wanting arbys for dinner (which is why I'm reading these reviews). Not getting it for dinner now, and not just the reviews, but the automated response to every review, whether good or bad. I get capitalism, but man, so many other food places have actual responses to reviews from people, actual humans, not a generated response.

They told me I had to come inside instead of picking up my mobile order at the drive thru because I just ordered it. Not a huge deal, but I was in a hurry and don't see how it matters when I ordered it.

Friendly staff and appropriate speed. Very nice lobby seating. Had a coupon for free gyro, favorite from there. Could've been 5 but they put tomatoes on when selected off.

Service was slow, I don’t think they had enough people working! The poor lady behind the window was doing everything! Yet, the staff was still very kind.
Yummy as always. Friendly staff, gave us extra napkins when we asked.

Ordered dinner for our son. Drove all the way home and found they gave us the wrong meal. We paid almost 14.00 to throw it in the garbage. Thanks for nothing.

If I could give NO stars I would!! Drive thru boy was clearly aggy and had a terrible attitude. I ordered my food 4 piece chicken strip, a medium fries and drink. He charged me 18.00 and when I asked so much he had my order incorrect. He doesn't apologize just walked away from the window and never came back! Another lady came to help me. I requested a manger and she was of no help. My toddler grandson could have eaten that little bit of food

Fries were re heated and horrible. I paid for fresh food! Walked up to cou ter to find an employee sitting on the floor doing something....she said I'll be tight with you..we'll after what seemed like an eternity she got up. I was going to just leave after all what she was doing must have been much more important to customers. Then off to find a table...maybe the girl on the floor could have wiped some of them off since they were all dirty. Can't take care of yhe front of the restaurant what in the world does the back look like..
