Your heart should never sink or a lump in your stomach when you go to order your food I don’t know what all the commotion is. I tried to order off the app. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes. There seem to be a big deal about that and also asking not to have a bun on my sandwich to cut carbs, I was charged an extra two dollars. The sandwich is already over $18. This is not acceptable. It does not cost 20+ dollars for two sandwiches. I ordered the half pound double beef and cheddar. I should be able to have lettuce and tomatoes on there if I ask for them.
They positioned all the ingredients in the each cardboard box perfectly it was very delicious. Just don’t agree with the price. I wish people would smile more everywhere.
And by the way, I’m used to this now. The receipt comes right out in front of you. All you have to do is say don’t put it on a bun which she did. She told me I had to put it on the app though.

Didn't realize they were closing in 10 minutes but were extremely helpful and friendly even with a last minute customer.
Definitely the nicest Arby's I've seen and the most courteous staff.
Compared to the other one just 30 minutes down the road that I visited on the way to my friend's house.

My friend and I stopped and grabbed the Ruben meal. Both sandwiches were cold. I took them back and the shift manager made us 2 new ones and they were delicious

For not the first time, the unfriendly lady at the drive thru doesn't like handing out horse radish sauce if you're buying a chicken sandwich. Will only give me 1, begrudgingly. This has gone on for months. I believe it'll be my last visit to this establishment.
Clean, food as expected, shake was not great. Service was superb. Friendly, quick, etc. A+ to the team there.

Staff was amazing on our April 26 trip. Large amount of meat on the sandwiches. Curly fries are very crunchy. I don't recommend the coffee milk shake as the flavor is too mild.
