Had to wait over 90 minutes for a pizza even after placing the order online. Very rude employees. They were busy talking about boyfriends and didn't want to be bothered. No more domino's for me. There is a pizza hut in easy walking distance. The hut is a friendly place.

One of the worst domino’s I’ve ever ordered from. The workers forgot to make half my order so when I arrived to pick it up (because the app tracker showed it was done) I only had half my order so then I had to wait while they made the other half of my order. Workers didn’t even apologize or act like it anything to worry about. Never going back to this place.

So I planned on getting delivery and ended up having to do take out.I ordered on the app and had selected a store-specific coupon that cut my total by $24. I left a decent tip for my expected delivery driver and scheduled delivery for 2.5-3 hours later.Domino's called - their delivery driver never showed up and she couldn't get a hold of him. Could I please pick it up instead?I asked the employee to rework my ticket because I had left tip on the original and didn't see a need to leave a tip to a non-existent delivery driver. "Sure, no problem. You'll just have to swipe your card at pickup; your new total is $__.__."Why is my total so much higher than before? It was even higher than the amount I had planned to pay with the tip to the driver.Turns out the coupon I selected was contingent on the order being delivery.The worker adjusted it a tad, "the best she could do", but it was pretty darn close to the original with tip - possibly more.TLDR; I not only was inconvenienced and had to interrupt my work day to go pick up lunch for the family, but I had to pay Extra to be inconvenienced. For a problem that is entirely the responsibility of the store.P.S. this location is also Really skimping on toppings for their specialty pizzas. Both the Deluxe and Pacific Veggies were fairly unrecognizable due to the sparsity of toppings.
They did not receive my computer order. That was ok. A older worker checked and said he would make my pizza. When it came time to pay a person (late 20's) rang my order and stated $11.50. I informed him that it was $7.99 online and he replied that they would never sell one for that price. He tried to discount it, but couldn't. He said there was no way I was correct. I stated , "Why don't you check the website. He did and I was correct. He reorder my order on-line then the price was correct. I paid. Then he walked away. He didn't say a word of the inconvenience he caused. So as I was leaving, I stated " Thank you for patience and the inconvenience". NOT

My recent experience with Dominos left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. My mother-in-law placed an order at 11 am, hoping that my kids would receive their pizzas by 11:30 am to enjoy their lunch. However, by 12:45 pm, the pizza had still not been delivered.Concerned about the delay, my mother-in-law contacted the store, only to be informed that the order was ready but there were no available drivers, resulting in a potential additional wait time of 30 minutes. Frustrated with the situation, she decided to pick up the order in-store instead. However, upon her arrival, she discovered that her order hadn’t even been prepared, despite being told over the phone that it was ready.This miscommunication and lack of organization were incredibly frustrating. The store representative’s contradictory statements added to the confusion and further tarnished our experience. In the end, my mother-in-law had to cancel the order and opted for an alternative meal at Burger King.This entire ordeal left us with a negative impression of Dominos. It is disheartening when a well-known pizza chain fails to deliver on its promises, both in terms of timely delivery and accurate communication. We expected better service and professionalism from Dominos, but unfortunately, our experience proved otherwise.In conclusion, based on this disappointing encounter, I cannot recommend Dominos. The unreliable service and miscommunication we encountered make it difficult to trust this establishment to deliver a satisfactory experience.

Placed an order for a small.and a medium pizza just cheese on 1 and bacon on the other. Placed order at 715pm never got the order called and I got a Hello no Domino's or can we help you I got a hello then I asked if they could tell me where our order was and he said it's out for delivery we live literally 5 minutes away and it was 845pm and still no order. Called to cancel order and all I got was ok we will cancel your order your money will go back on in 72 hours good by. No I'm sorry or can we make this better or can I help you the next time nope just a good by. VERY VERY unprofessional and VERY VERY rude. Never again
