Chick-A-Boom Island Ave

This ain't KFC, this ain't Popeyes and this ain't Churches Chicken. These sandwiches are HUGE, these sandwiches are fresh, these sandwiches are very filling. I took my mom and my wife there for a late lunch, (4ish). We each ordered a different combo meal. I had the Jalapeno Honey Combo. I do wish that the sandwich was a bit spicier. However, despite this being a late lunch meal none of us needed dinner that night.

For one why don’t yall offer ketchup along side yall sauce . My sandwich came sloppy made the bread was hard my whole sandwich came apart like the bread was the last piece I'm very disappointed at this location wasted $15

The branding and presentation is great! My wife and I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos with fruit punch and a peach tea. The food was hot, fresh and tasted delicious! We will definitely be back.

I purchased a chicken tender combo, and a chicken sandwich combo, and was told they were out of chicka boom sauce, which is fine, so I asked for a sauce that they had, and was told they charge for it. I’m like but you guys don’t have the normal sauce it comes with, for no charge, but want to charge me? They young lady stated she was giving other sauces as a courtesy and got yelled at by the manager. Hope that’s not true because she seems like a sweet young lady, and no man should be yelling at her for providing customer service.

I order Chicken Tender and French Fries on Three Occasions. The food was fresh. The portions were large enough to share with two people. Both the regular flavor and sweet chili flavor were excellent.

I want so badly to give them 5 stars but the service is a little slow and sometimes I'm still concerned that it's a front and not a restaurant at all.... But bayyybeeee...Chick fil a - at half the cost! I love the fries plus the chicken nuggets are WHITE MEAT and fresh. Everything comes out piping hot too.The guy taking orders is super kind but can be a little hard to understand so be patient!I hope they stick around!Ps. There are no ingredients listed on their beverage cans however there's definitely 60g of sugar per can?

I’ve been following this business since the original location in Folcroft, PA. I moved from Philly to DE a few years ago, so traveling there became an inconvenience. With that said, I’m happy they decided to put a location near the airport; it happens to be within close proximity to my job. No exaggeration, I’d say Chick A Boom has the best fast food chicken sandwich around! The breakfast donuts are pretty good too. I gave 4 stars because they need to work on solidifying operational hours. One day I visited at 6 am, then the next time I visited I was told that they do not open until 7 am. Otherwise I highly recommend this restaurant.

Went there yesterday and as I pulled up saw 2 cars assuming they were employees so I thought the place was closed. Saw a sign on the door drive through or pick up orders only. Drove up to the drive through menu and was greeted by someone and asked if I could have a second to look at the menu before I ordered. After deciding what I wanted I spoke into the microphone approx 7 times letting the person know I was ready to make an order. After doing so for close to 10 minutes with no response I pulled off only to see someone leaning against the counter by the drive I’m window. Not sure about anyone else but the poor service I received has made me decide not to go back .

I've had chick a boom at it original location on Lancaster Ave and the food was amazing...I thought I would try this location and I was so disappointed!! I asked for no seasoning or salt on my fries salt was on the sandwich and fries...The boom punch is diabetes in can...tooooo sweet for meSandwich was not like I've had a few times before...No love in making it!!!I may try again no boom punch for me !!My son had the boom fries I took a bite they were good but they put salt on the fries...?

Let me start off by saying the food is awesome and chicken sandwiches are humongous. The chicken sandwich was packed with flavor and they even use sweet pickles. I had the honey buffalo bacon ranch sandwich If in the area I recommend going and the staff there was extremely polite. And made my food fresh.

The food was delicious I can’t complain I enjoyed the original chicken sandwich and my brother said the Fruity Pebbles waffles with the two pieces of chicken was popping. Just wish the service was more on the happier side but she was cool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ tho!
