They took my order and money but no food and no way to get a refund

Just ridiculous pizza was burnt, and they gave it to us this way. I will never, I mean, never go back to this pizza hut they don't care about they customers 😒 if you value your hard earned money stay far away from this place you will get better food at a local pizza shop 😉

This is my first ever Google review because of how annoyed I am with this store. I ordered from this location 3 times and had a bad experience every. single. time. The first time was delivery and they forgot my bread sticks and was told a manager would be reaching out from customer service for a refund and never heard back. The third time I waited over two hours for my food to be delivered and was told they do not do refunds and that my order was taken by a dasher driver even though I called twice about my order and where it was during those two hours. The third time I did a curbside order and sat in my car for 20 minutes until I went inside and waited ANOTHER 15 minutes to get my order inside. A full hour and ten minutes of waiting for an order that was “ready” in 14 minutes from ordering it. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I’d rather just drive out to a farther one than give this store another dollar. I’ve give up, neither pick up nor delivery is worth it from here.

This was the worse ordered my food when I arrive to pick up my food the gentleman wasn't using gloves at all and on top of it he kept robbing his nose very nasty I didn't eat my food after witnesses how unsanitary he was never would go there again and the service was poor

Slowest Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Don't order from here. I placed an order at 2pm and I live less than 10 minutes away. It has been 1 hour and 52 minutes and the pizza is STILL not here. Damn near 2 hours for ONE cheese pizza and ONE order of breadsticks is unacceptable. My 5 year old should not have to wait this long. Never again will I patronize this location.
UPDATE: It's 4:12 and I never received the order. I'm pretty sure the lady who answered the phone when I inquired about it after it had already been 1.5 hours LIED when she said it had been picked up by DoorDash. I ended up canceling my order.

Was given hand tossed pizza when I ordered pan pizza- Meat Lovers. Manager told me that I could get a new pizza freshly made correctly because pan pizza is an up charge. Because the manager, Jeremiah, was not physically in the store to uphold this, the staff refused to remake my pizza. And no one has not clue when Jeremiah will be returning. Inwaa advised to call back tomorrow until I’m able to confirm that he is there first.

So I ordered the Ultimate Pizza. The following topping are suppose to be on the pizza; cheese, caramelized onions, pepperoni, Italian sausage, peppers and tomatoes. I received a cold pizza, with just a little bit of cheese, tomatoes and pepperoni. I call the store to tell the manager had me send her pictures all for her to tell me that the only thing that was missing was sausage. So my question to her was if that’s the only thing that’s missing is the order correct she said everything else was on it. Everything that was on the cold pizza was dry and cold. Not all of the toppings she said she could give me store credit. The store credit wasn’t even worth it. I’ll continue to go to Ridley and get my pizza. The Chester Pike store is TRASH!
The short pretty lady at the register is the best and the atmosphere is always calm.

So as a result of recent seizures, I've been forced to avoid driving and this is my first delivery order in months. I usually go to the store, because I've had really bad experiences with the delivery. I placed my order at 7:57 PM. It is now 10:01 PM. I tried calling the store, but it goes to an automated voicemail that tells you to go to the website and then it hangs up on you! There is no way to get in touch with the store to cancel my $21.80 order that I have yet to receive at 10:02 PM. I just received two text messages saying my order has been picked up by DoorDash - even though I ordered through the mobile app. I called the national customer service and waited about 10 minutes before speaking with a person who struggled with English as a first language. It was very hard to understand what she was saying and vice versa. Calling them only made me more irritated and at this point I am HANGRY!! She offered no actual assistance. She couldn't even get a working number for the location. It is now 10:05 PM and I am beyond angry. I literally cannot go pick up my pizza and this is my first experience dealing with delivery again. This is not the first disappointment. Even when I pick up my order, the person at the counter is all-ways confused. Like they cannot find my order or question if I am at the right store?!? NEVER AGAIN!!! I will have Pizza Hut at the rest stops like I usually do. DiGiorgio it is! It's 10:12 PM and still no food!
10:18 PM I received a COLD, BURNED, AND DRY pizza!! Disgraceful!

Now that I have my driver's license back, I started ordering in-person. The customer service is AWFUL. One of the employees looks like they stubbed their toe - noon and night. The pizza is hot and good most times.

At one point we We’re active Pizza Hut customers, but after an incident, we stopped using Pizza Hut several years ago. Yesterday, my wife suggested we try a meat lovers from Pizza Hut. I ordered it along with some side item. I called and asked if I could get a tiny bit of caramelized onions, and a container to put on my pizza; explaining my wife is allergic to onions, and I have to do it that way the clerk who answered the phone perplexed because I had to request three times and then I asked, I speak to somebody. She spoke to somebody and that person seemed annoyed when they got on the phone. I explained again what I wanted, and was told “we don do dat.” Any other restaurant we use, they gladly accommodate. I even offered to pay for the onions and I was told the same thing. When I arrived, I told him my name was Joe, followed by “ on the guy that called about the onions.” One of the girls in the store glared at me the entire time I waited. I got my pizza outside and took a look to make sure there were no onions on it and was astonished to find out that the pizza was the size of other stores medium pizzas for over $20 that I paid. I had paid a 13% tip when I ordered online and they sure took that tip. If I didn’t known, I was gonna get the snarky treatment and refuse my request. I would never have given them a tip, and we always tip. I use the online contact us form last night and haven’t heard from Pizza Hut, so I guess they don’t really give a damn so we’re done with Pizza Hut probably for the next decade.
