I thought I'd try the new wings. Granted it was close to closing and we went through the drive through, we ordered the BBQ & roasted garlic parmesan wings. The server asked did we want the ghost pepper, we sd no. When we're returned home to our surprise both of our wings were unusually hot, spicy hot. We discovered that the servers put our perspective sauce orders over ghost pepper wings. Needless to say we're were not happy about it. Not that we didn't like spicy, the issue was that we did not get what we wanted. I was looking forward to tasting garlic parmesan.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken 2 large fries and 5 biscuits as well as a 3 piece chicken tender and 8 nuggets and it made me and my family sick we were all throwing up with stomach aches!!

I don't eat a lot of fast food and somehow anticipated the chicken being dry and tasteless (I love food that is seasoned well). WAS I WRONG!! the chicken was tender and juicy. I am a lover of fries, so I absolutely relished the serving we received. The biscuit was also quite perfect for me.The customer service was very good: the employees were courteous - no terrible, disrespectful, or carefree attitudes shown throughout the service.The team at this location maintained a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The tables, seats, and floor were very clean, and the trash bins were not overflowing with garbage or emitting a stench.Well done!! I appreciated my time dining here.Wheelchair accessibility: This particular restaurant is wheelchair accessible from the parking lot to enter the building and with space to maneuver inside the restaurant. I hope it doesn't change!

The chicken was undercooked and I was too damn tired to drive back after a long day! I put it in the oven it cooked it all the way through (all 16 pieces)! Salty and just a waste of $37 bucks!!!!

My visit at Delcroft location yesterday was absolutely ridiculous. The workers customer service & conversation on the front line was very unacceptable. I don't see myself, friends or family visiting this location any time soon. I express that even their management could stand some training on management & customer service.

This location is a hit or miss. One day it may be fresh but another day you may end up in the hospital like me with food poisoning. I went there yesterday and got a side of rice and beans with other things. The rice and beans were not fresh at all and made me really sick. Why serve food that you know is spoiled? Someone can get really sick so stop being disgusting and throw it out. This is the closest Popeyes to me and I probably won’t be back.
