Me and my bf already paid $31 something dollars for our meals in the drive thru. The same guy who took his payment decided to walk back to me and my bf car after taking other people payment AND AFTER THE YOUNG LADY GAVE US OUR FOOD … he proceeds to try to argue my boyfriend down and say he didn’t pay …ALL BCZ SOMEONE ELSE IN THE DRIVE THRU HAD THE SAME INITIALS ! When did Chick-fil-A start giving out food before payment? Like be serious dude. We had our drinks and food literally in his face.. I understand mistakes happen but after my bf said he paid and I spoke up he dead ass was still arguing us down which is crazy! And it was a mistake on his end not ours! The other person order was $26 ours was $31 smh. My second bad experience in a row here

CF used to run like a well oiled machine. Now, it's slow AF, food is meh and the drive through is painful to sit through. Who's running this place? Not worth waiting for that's for sure
