Love this place. Reserved some butter cakes for mothers day, & they were very accommodating for me. Friendly staff, & the cakes were enjoyed. We even purchased other items while we were picking up. A must go to spot.

The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because they fit me in with only a week notice for my daughters 1st birthday; HOWEVER, the baker is clearly overwhelmed and needs support and assistance as the day I picked up the cake the baker was cursing everyone out and said she’s not baking anything and walked out with a line of customers picking up their cakes. When ordering the cake the baker just came out to look at the picture and was very cut throat and just rude! The lady at the counter was helpful with her level of customer service and said there would be no problem to put an order in and made me do a deposit which was fine. Upon sending the picture via email there was no response for confirmation. Thankfully the strawberries were fresh and cake was with flavor but never again just because of the baker’s attitude.

Extremely rude! Went into the store front on Saturday and was told that I needed to email a picture of a cake in order to get a price. The lady was very nice and told me it would be no problem to get done in time as long as I ordered within a few days. I sent 3 emails and finally got someone on the phone to tell me they didn’t have the capacity and I was out of luck. The manager even had the audacity to say it’s the customers fault because they never understand. She should have said sorry the employee was wrong to promise you something. Needless to say I will never go there again. Please don’t count on this place! They will disappoint!

Absolutely delicious!!! They understood the assignment. I asked for a strawberry shortcake with lots of strawberries, and that’s exactly what I got. Best birthday cake ever.

Ordered a 7th birthday cake and when I picked it up it had a 9. The picture was not edible and it was pulling up as we cut the cake. Could have done the same cake at home for allot less and did a better job on it. FYI it was in an aluminum pan not on a board as they usually are. Won’t order again. Thank god we found out they were not doing a quality job before I ordered my wedding cake.

Omg they have the best chocolate cream puffs. They will make you alcohol free Italian rum cake. You can get special diet bakery goods if you call and order in advance.

Not to bad here had some cupcakes and cookies and it was really good went back a second time not quite as good but I still recommend going there
Both times I have bought sticky buns they were hard as rocks and tasteless. The fruit in their pastries isn’t fresh fruit rather canned stuff that doesn’t even taste like fruit. Always disappointed with this place. It’s also way overpriced—especially considering the lack of quality.

Would have given them a 1 but the stuff is pretty good. Never opened until EXACTLY 8 am Christmas Eve in spite of a line and 8 degree weather. They baked no additional product and the prices are outrageous....$42 for a dozen donuts and a half dozen Danish! Shame on them...used to be the best but from now on I will go to Termini's.

Wonderful bakery with many delicious offerings. The tough part is going in to pick up a cake and wanting to buy everything in sight. Thank for for the delicious and pretty birthday cake, and all the other goodies!

Very disappointed when I called this morning to order an Italian rum cake for my husband’s birthday tomorrow. Was told they’re not taking orders and I would have to stop in to see if they had any already made. And that could not be guaranteed since they didn’t know when their cake decorator would be in!! Well sad to say they lost a customer.
