A lot of people in the reviews were complaining about poor service with ordering and receiving the pizza, but we had no issues with service. Pizza was ready quickly, with no issues. The pizza itself was not great. Very greasy with a hard texture. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Never and I mean NEVER order from this Papa Johns. My family and I ordered from here for the Super Bowl, big mistake but we were in a pinch for take out. First off, I waited 20 minutes for them to hand me my food, mind you it was sitting on their table. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, cheese sticks and wings. Got home started eating and the food was good. My son wanted a piece of pizza. He ends up almost choking because a piece of paper was baked into the crust. We called the store thinking they would make it right, boy were we wrong. All we wanted was a refund for the pizza, of course the person on the phone barely spoke any English. He was Indian, absolute disgrace. And wouldn’t give us a refund and he couldn’t understand why we wanted one in the first place.

This place is horrible!!! Ordered from here tonight knowing that we would be disappointed and we were right. Our order was made wrong and it tasted disgusting!!! When we tried to get a refund it felt like he was haggling with us!!! I threw all the pizza in the trash!!! I would NOT recommend eating here.

This location is so bad. Burnt food, terrible customer service. We go out of our way to order from the Lansdowne location. Way better service and food.

Horrible service. Ordered through the app. Order was out for delivery for over an hour. Called the store and was told 5 mins. Called back 10 mins later and was argued with and asked to cancel. Called corporate papa John’s to cancel. The door dash delivery guy kept saying he was waiting. Told him it’s cancelled do not come here. Almost 2 hours later pizza shows up that we cancelled twice. Worst papa John’s location with the worst workers.

If I could give 0 I would. Nothing but low motovation lazy workers who would rather argue than admit their wrong. Waited an hour for delivery just to call them and them tell me it was a pickup order when it blatantly shows as DELIVERY. HIRE COMPETENT WORKERS NOT IDIOTS.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m very upset. My husband and I ordered the Valentine’s Day pizza for dinner, which I’m sure a lot of people did the same and I understand that they’re busy. We ordered on through their online service that is powered by door dash. We placed the order around 6pm and it told us it would take about an hour to get to us. We let an hour and a half go by and looked at the tracker and it said that it was delivered, however, the eta kept going up. We called the store that we ordered form for clarification and the man that answered was very rude and unhelpful. He even said “oh my God” all annoyed. I apologized and said I will figure it out. Another hour passed and my husband decided to call. The same man answered and said it would be 20 mins. We let a good 30-35 mins pass and my husband decided to drive to the store. They were unable to give us our order and said they had to void it. We are very upset and hungry. Never ordering from them again. Very careless.
