I loved the food! Papa John's is really hit or miss on some days, and today was a direct hit! I went inside to order, slight miscommunication but we fixed it easily! It was a tad bit loud in there, I can see how some orders mightve been messed up. Other than that, it was a great eat!

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
This location got my Buffalo Chicken Papadia order wrong. No big deal, I call to address it and then proceed to get told that I put the order in wrong??? Since when has a Buffalo Chicken Papadia EVER had pork on it??? THEN the worker hangs up on me mid sentence, and won’t answer the phone again. I’m literally seeing red.
According to google, and their app (which I used for the order), Buffalo Chicken Papadia contains grilled chicken, onions, signature cheese, a three-cheese blend, buffalo sauce, and buttermilk ranch sauce, all baked inside a flatbread-style dough and served with a side of ranch dipping sauce.
Soooo to whoever is working tonight, a complaint has been filed, and if I don’t receive my refund a dispute will be in effect. It’s not even about the money, but the fact that you hung up on me- It is taking everything in me not drive up there and file this complaint face to face. GET IT TOGETHER.

I ordered through doordash, 1st mistake. Took almost 2 hours to be delivered less than 2 miles away! 2nd, all pizza ordered look like it was cut by a kindergartener (see pix). Doordash delivery guy didn't keep food insulated but instead had my food laying lopsided on his insulated bag! Also he pulled up to the wrong house adding insult to injury... Upon opening up our pizzas and cinnamon pull a parts it's obviously been sitting for a while by the old looking cheese and hardened crust and the cinnamon Pull a parts look like they were a day old reheated and chilled before being delivered (see pix). The pizza looks like it was cut by a kindergarten age child (see pix). The worst part about all of this is that they are not cheap AND no way to track it in doordash or get any help on the phone with either doordash or the restaurant! I wouldn't normally go out of my way to complain on Google like this but there's literally no way else for a customer to get this addressed! At The end of the day both doordash and papa John's in Folsom are to blame.

A lot of people in the reviews were complaining about poor service with ordering and receiving the pizza, but we had no issues with service. Pizza was ready quickly, with no issues. The pizza itself was not great. Very greasy with a hard texture. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

Never and I mean NEVER order from this Papa Johns. My family and I ordered from here for the Super Bowl, big mistake but we were in a pinch for take out. First off, I waited 20 minutes for them to hand me my food, mind you it was sitting on their table. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza, cheese sticks and wings. Got home started eating and the food was good. My son wanted a piece of pizza. He ends up almost choking because a piece of paper was baked into the crust. We called the store thinking they would make it right, boy were we wrong. All we wanted was a refund for the pizza, of course the person on the phone barely spoke any English. He was Indian, absolute disgrace. And wouldn’t give us a refund and he couldn’t understand why we wanted one in the first place.
Ended up walking out. Very rude. Not helpful at all

This place is horrible!!! Ordered from here tonight knowing that we would be disappointed and we were right. Our order was made wrong and it tasted disgusting!!! When we tried to get a refund it felt like he was haggling with us!!! I threw all the pizza in the trash!!! I would NOT recommend eating here.
