Always the best pretzels and have a great variety of dipping sauces such as cinnamon, mustard, and limited time offers like pumpkin and brownie dip. Absolutely love the yummy pumpkin dip and the brownie dip is good too, it’s not too powerful you can still taste the pretzel afterwards.

I am so disappointed in the pretzels I had yesterday 11/5. I bought 20 pretzels as I always do for my family and they were so loaded with salt. They were so gross.

Their pretzels might be good but the young ladies that are working the counter on the weekends are very rude. They have no customer service training instead of being greeted. When I walked in the door I got told. What do you want right away and when? I was being rushed to get my order in. I asked the young lady why am I being rushed? She preceded to tell me because they are too busy as they laughed amongst each other. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. These young ladies don't deserve a job where they are. They need to learn how to treat people
Went in for National Pretzel Day and the girl behind the counter was rude and too busy on her phone. Then slammed the pretzels on the counter. Very poor and rude customer service.
