I am so disappointed in the pretzels I had yesterday 11/5. I bought 20 pretzels as I always do for my family and they were so loaded with salt. They were so gross.

Their pretzels might be good but the young ladies that are working the counter on the weekends are very rude. They have no customer service training instead of being greeted. When I walked in the door I got told. What do you want right away and when? I was being rushed to get my order in. I asked the young lady why am I being rushed? She preceded to tell me because they are too busy as they laughed amongst each other. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. These young ladies don't deserve a job where they are. They need to learn how to treat people

Went in for National Pretzel Day and the girl behind the counter was rude and too busy on her phone. Then slammed the pretzels on the counter. Very poor and rude customer service.

Placed an order online a week in advance for 2 party trays, my husband goes to pick up the day off and the trays weren’t made. The cashier said they received the order but didn’t see a pick up time listed (there is one on our order receipt and in the confirmation email) which is why they hadn’t made anything. If they were unsure of the pick up time, why did no one contact us to ask or confirm?! What was the point of ordering in advance?

Very friendly staff and a large variety of options :) $3.5 for the cup of prezles with a spice. Also all the other prezles are priced very well and hit the spot :)

I love this Philly Pretzel Factory. It's close to my home and there's a small parking lot. They have outdoor seating if you want to chill outside. The best part is their nacho cheese, though. I love pretzels with nacho cheese! They also are on Door Dash, so that's nice, too. The people that work here have only ever been helpful and quick. No complaints!

Good hearty pretzels. But they ARE NOT federal pretzels. Keep that in mind. Clean. Tasty. Good mustard.
