My food was awesome, I don’t understand all of these negative reviews. It is Pizza Hut, you’re not going to have a French chef back there with a tall white hat. As far as kids working there, yes, this is where kids usually start working, at fast food restaurants, Unlike you those of you making nasty comments about kids working there, I guess you jumped into the corporate world at the age of 14 or 15!

They have kids working here. They are ignorant and disrespectful. Little girl arguing with me about a $3 refund because I didn’t get my dipping sauce. Why would I pay for something I didn’t receive? And then she’s giving me dirty looks the whole time. Insane customer service 0/10. I went to dominos right after to get dipping sauce, the lady gave it to me for free. And as I was walking out another dominos employee gave me a compliment and said to put a smile on my face. Will never go to Pizza Hut in Folsom again. I will be going to Dominos in Prospect Park from now on.

This Pizza Hut location has very professional staff members that make contact with customers as soon as they arrive and come into the store. The food check times are very accurate and the food always comes out good,in my opinion. Keep up the good work 👍

The receipt showed Italian Sausage and the email confirmed italian sausage topping. But when i got home not topping whatsoever on the pizza.
Typically, I don't order from franchise pieces establishments but for some reason I had a taste for some Pizza Hut so I decided to stop by and grab me a pizza. For what it was it wasn't bad, but my only complaint is to smell a cigarettes while I waited for the pizza. The smell of the cigarette smoke gotten the box and have my car smell like cigarettes. Kind of ruined the experience of enjoying what was actually a pretty decent tasting pizza. Perhaps the experience may be different if I order through the app and just drove there just pick up the pizza the next time.
Pizza was great. Sweet chili boneless wings were really tasty. Two people at counter were friendly. Good little spot.

Eight piece chicken and only 4 looked like nuggets, the other smaller then a quarter. Then thin cruswas over cooked and dry and stale, the pan pizza was flavorless! Made Domino's sound good from now on
