I come here after my workout for their Green Glo smoothie. It’s very clean and the staff are friendly- everything about this place feels “fresh”. It can be busy sometimes in the morning but I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes.Great menu, fresh ingredients, positive vibes.

I love their products but not too happy that the prices listed was not what I was charged. The kind cashier advised me of price increases. That's fine but the prices should be updated on their menu.

I have nothing bad to say about the food but Every time I go there I have to wait at least 20 minutes for my order over the time that the order was to be ready by, sometimes longer. Today I had to wait 45 minutes for two salads that didn’t have any meat on them. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or just hire people that can handle more volume because the workers there can’t handle it. I will probably never order from the Ridley location again because the one in Springfield is right on point with their time.

Oh my goodness I am addicted to the 7 Mike island Acai bowl, the taste is amazing my son introduced me to this place and now I'm a big fan, and the chicken Caesar salad wrap was great I highly recommend this place

At first I was a little out of my comfort zone since I never had acai bowls before. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was nice and provided a sample when I asked them if they could describe the flavor. It was so good. Tased like a sweet candy. What's even better is it's actually good for you. You can tell just from the taste that's it's always fresh ingredients. I love coming here now. Always good.

Seems to be run by mostly teenagers. They have delicious bowls but there’s been multiples instances where I’ve been the only customer and still waited at least 30 min for a smoothie bowl. There’s only been one time I’ve been here where my bowl was made as ordered. Every other time I’ve been here my smoothie bowl was either missing something or not completely blended.

Whenever I travel for work I love to check out different smoothie/juice shops. Chose this one based on stars and reviews and not sure how it was rated this high. I ordered their Buffalo Chicken Panini (based off this one don’t even bother ordering any others. Didn’t even taste cooked all the way thru and bread was barely toasted), the Original Açaí bowl (the reason I gave 3 stars), and a Ginger shot (wasn’t fresh as you’d expect from a juice shop. The gentlemen at the front said they’re made in the past few days and put into small plastic containers up front. Wasn’t bad but disappointed as you lose the elements of a fresh ginger shot). Customer service from the staff was sub par and wasn’t a surprise since I read the same thing from other reviews so don’t expect anyone to be happy working when you walk in. Overall I do like the way it’s set up and seems to be clean but don’t expect a wow experience
