Owful Service. We got there at 10pm coming from the AirPort, and when we got there they turned the lights off, mind you online it said they where loen til late. Until 2am, horrible

I wasn’t able to get food despite being there during operating hours. I seen on google that they close at 2am, I went to get a meal after work because I haven’t eaten in 12 hours and I couldn’t find anything else available. I got there at 11:15pm but the door was locked. I drove around to the drive thru but was told they are only accepting pickup orders for delivery services and I couldn’t place an order. I do not understand why they wouldn’t take peoples orders under normal operations. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not return to this location.

Literally 15 minutes ago i ordered a #1 and a biggie bag. Completely messed up my order and the food was cold like i was knly 6 minutes away from this Wendy's 😫 rhis isnt the first time they have messed up my order and acted nonchalant about it. I order a 6 pc nuggets. Opend the bag. Nothing.
I love Wendy's but. This place seriously needs to be shut down forever 😒

Every single time I come here I’m missing 1 or two chicken nuggets idk if they can’t count or if they are doing it on purpose but I’m not gonna sit here and count my nuggies in the drive thru like what I be so mad when i order a 10 pc get home and it’s 7 nuggets and they also only take 1 car at a time in the drive thru. You sit there like 20 mins every time you go.

Mobile ordered, was told to goto the door. Was given the wrong drink, food was cold and why are the employees wearing crop tops??? Or tying their shirts up to show stomach? Maybe get your employees uniforms that aren’t too big on them so they don’t need to do that!

For while, this place turned it around with a new manager who cared. However, it’s back to the way it was. You can see all of the review are all the same.
It’s obviously from the franchise owners at the top to the crew at the bottom this location is lacking direction and quality control.
Today, I think I probably visited for my last time. There was only 2 cars there today when I was there and they still gave me then incorrect sandwich. Again zero quality.
Fast food is tough job and they should be paid more, but you have to prove it by putting out a better product.

Not worth buying bacon anything at Wendy's anymore. Last 2 times I had a tiny half piece of bacon! And the one time I bought the junior baconator it had only two half pieces of bacon... Nothing baconator about it!

I will not go back to Wendy’s again. I will not order off the mobile app again. They took my money, and their customer service sucks. I was lied to multiple times, and I still have not received my money. I will not recommend Wendy’s and especially this location. They are crooks. I will be contacting my lawyer🤷🏽♂️
Food tastes like plastic I think they cook in Mobil 1 motor oil and can I get a regular English speaking black person without British accent to take my order without attitude. Yesus!! Do they even know there ABCs.
