70% sure this is a money laundering scheme, but that doesn't take away the fact that they give a pile of good food for cheap. Bike trail access, between Franklin, Oil City, and Crannberry. Love it.

Honestly the best place for a burger, fries and ice cream! Reminds me a bit of In-n-Out on the West coast. I have no idea why people are saying it’s great and then giving a 4 star review. Things to be aware of:1- It has a straightforward menu. Not a ton of variety but you go there for burgers, fries and shakes/ice cream. Salads are good but do come with fries. I went to bibos with my fellow girlfriend, to enjoy a lovely 7 months and they messed up the order. Which they fixed. However my delightful $2.24 (without tax) cone was utterly forgotten. My cone was my highlight of the journey here
