The workers were great. I asked for fresh fries and the cook did get an attitude, I just hate warm fries because once it's cold they taste nasty. However, the lady up front made it happen with no problem. I didn't rush them at all and I was patient. Thank you for understanding me as a paying customer.

Need to get Lexie’s attitude under control, second occasion i’ve went and she was huffing and puffing at customers (mostly senior citizens) not being able to hear her talking quietly in a busy lunch rush crowd.

Rarely ever does my food come out right. Its almost always never fresh, overcooked and/or soggy. Cheese rarely melted, even if you buy their specialty melt sandwiches. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered a Coke and got a diet Coke. The boss lady Jacky is extremely rude to the employees and the customers. Also, did you know you have to ask for the food to be fresh? Neither did I but even when you ask for fresh it seldom arrives fresh or the burgers are fresh but the fries are old and cold. They literally shove food out the drive thru window then close the window and dont bother to check if the customer got everything, needs something else, etc. There's so much to complain about this place and yet, it's still better than most fast food chains these days.

I was not gonna write a review and be understanding of the missing 7-8 items but to rush my family out the door not just once BUT TWICE as we are actively trying to hurry up and pack our not even half eaten food after we finally get to sit down and eat after YOUR MESS UPS is not something I can just ignore especially when you threatening to lock the doors scaring my autistic son and then shutting off the lights in the parking lot. I've never seen such a horrible group of down right disrespectful people, regardless of closing the lobby at 10 your still open till 11 you even shut off the parking lot lights so my family (4 children) can't even see 😡

Manger there was so rude to customers dropped our change when handing it back to us with out even apologizing and the cheese on the sandwiches are never melted. It's ridiculous that you get such horrible service and horrible food for the money you pay for there food. Wouldn't suggest that place to anyone!!!!

Kylie was very approachable and made the drive through experience differently from those who struggle with people service. The fries were COLD and the chicken sandwich had spoiled taste (and I am not a picky eater). Drive through personal exceptional! The food was unfortunate and because I am home, taking it back is not an option. The food was the purpose and it was a fail.
