Manger there was so rude to customers dropped our change when handing it back to us with out even apologizing and the cheese on the sandwiches are never melted. It's ridiculous that you get such horrible service and horrible food for the money you pay for there food. Wouldn't suggest that place to anyone!!!!

Kylie was very approachable and made the drive through experience differently from those who struggle with people service. The fries were COLD and the chicken sandwich had spoiled taste (and I am not a picky eater). Drive through personal exceptional! The food was unfortunate and because I am home, taking it back is not an option. The food was the purpose and it was a fail.

The slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been too. By the time you get your food it's usually cold. Waited in line in the drive through for over 15 minutes once, all I ordered was 2 drinks and then what I got was wrong anyway.

If you aren't in a rush to eat, go to Burger King. It took 20 minutes for my order of one bacon cheeseburger to be handed to me, and I ordered early using my mobile app. With abusive management swearing at employees right at the register, there's a good chance your cook will walk out before your food is made. You're better off driving to a sit-down restaurant because youll be leaving before you can make any progress through the drive thru either.

In my opinion BK is one of the best burgers out there. I know MickyD’s is more popular, but BK food is clearly better quality. Just one fact, flamebroiled vs flattop. There is no question. Yes you do crave MickeyD more, that’s msg. I crave Taco Bell and chili cheese frito lay, that’s a chemical imprint on your brain from Msg. Just saying.

Went to the drive through and it took 15 minutes to get to pay 5 more to get my food which was to be ketchup only. When I got home I had a sloppy mess that had lettuce tomato mayo onion pickles and was an inedible sloppy mess.

I ordered in the drive-through, they took 30 minutes making my food and forgot my drinks. Got them to get the drinks and as I'm leaving I see they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Go back and get those, then leaving again I realize they forgot my FRIES! I SPENT MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME HALF OF MY MEAL!!!!

The people at the register need to speak up. I enjoyed the Firey Whopper and Lily her nuggets other than that it Burger King you know what your getting when you pull in the parking lot. Its gonna be fast food
