The workers were great. I asked for fresh fries and the cook did get an attitude, I just hate warm fries because once it's cold they taste nasty. However, the lady up front made it happen with no problem. I didn't rush them at all and I was patient. Thank you for understanding me as a paying customer.
Need to get Lexie’s attitude under control, second occasion i’ve went and she was huffing and puffing at customers (mostly senior citizens) not being able to hear her talking quietly in a busy lunch rush crowd.
Rarely ever does my food come out right. Its almost always never fresh, overcooked and/or soggy. Cheese rarely melted, even if you buy their specialty melt sandwiches. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered a Coke and got a diet Coke. The boss lady Jacky is extremely rude to the employees and the customers. Also, did you know you have to ask for the food to be fresh? Neither did I but even when you ask for fresh it seldom arrives fresh or the burgers are fresh but...
