App coupons for carry out only isn’t clearly worded so i didn’t get what i wanted and paid full price not knowing I was paying full price when confirming delivery ripped me off
So the food is good. We never complain when it comes to the pizza and wings, but the cinnamon twists seem to dip in quality. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you get nice fluffy twists. Other times, you get small ones without any cinnamon because it's melted off or missed the twists.
We ordered 2 large pizzas online because they were advertising half off. At checkout it never prompted any discount. When we arrived to pay it was mentioned that it never asked and we were told it should have and there was nothing they could do. I am sorry but you have the ability to override the price. Not very happy with this experience. We like their product but this was poor customer service
