Great experience all around. Kierney was the best waitress I have ever had in my 30 years of life! She recommended the mozzarella sticks and THEY WERE TO DIE FOR. Can’t wait to visit again.

First time at this Eat n Park. Chicken tenders were mediocre (reminded me of McDonalds mcnuggets); baked potato was hot and good but the salad was turning brown and wilted. Ranch was good. We waited awhile at the hostess station before being seated but our waitress was on top of everything and she deserves 5 stars. Restaurant was also clean from what I could tell.

We went to the Franklin location tonight for dinner. We walked in around 6pm the greeter walked up to us after a few minutes. She didn’t say anything she just looked at us. I said table for 4 please. She then says “oh um I have to go clean a table off”. Then she comes back a few min later to take us to our table. We sit down and begin to look at the menus. 15 minutes go by before the greeter comes back to our table and timidly asks us what we want to drink. She brings out our drinks and tell us that our server will be with us soon. We sit there for another 15 minutes he comes takes our order. At this point I’m annoyed but whatever our food should come out soon. Half hour goes by and the “manager” comes out to tell us that our server never put our order in. I was so mad we just got up and left. Each person we encountered acted as if it was their first day on the job fumbling through each interaction. I will not return to this location. On a brighter note we went down the road to Kings and had excellent service and our food was delicious!

if you're thinking of eating here, just take a few minutes and look at their health code violations. The place is not like it used to be when I was a kid. It's gross. I added a photo of the violations.

I don't know why its called Eat'n Park, when you Park'n Eat, Regardless food was good.
Chain restaurant. Very clean. Good staff. Breakfast bar.
This place went downhill. I use to get the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fry’s and then I stopped because the quality starting going downhill. Fast forward probably 2 years later and i decided to try it again. The fry’s were the some of the worst I’ve ever had. Cold and not cooked the whole way so the middle way like a raw potato. The steak on the Philly cheesesteak was almost black and I only ate about half of it before I couldn’t eat no more. Tasted bad and looked even worse.. Won’t ever be going back because they don’t even seem to know how to cook frys correctly let alone any other food you’re gonna get there. Waste of money.
Nice restaurant. Service is iffy at times. I've had good and bad servers, at non busy times. But the food is always good.
