My brother and I were just walking downtown in Franklin when we decided to grab something to eat. When we decided on Fox's Pizza Den. My brother ordered a Steak Wedgie, Whilst I ordered a Personal Panned Pizza. The waiting time was quick but when we received our orders and sat at a table- My order of the Personal Panned Pizza was overcooked and the crust was burnt. My poor brother's Steak Wedgie was sopping wet with grease.. he was VERY upset I could tell. The atmosphere of the pizza place was horrendous and very noisy! I asked for the older lady's name in the back who seemed to be the manager to which her name is Rachel, Rachel was verbally abusive towards her employees and the customers who were just trying to have a nice dinner at that moment. Overall the place was noisy, disruptive and the manager was disrespectful to everyone. I will not be taking my brother or anybody else here again.

I just placed an online order. I received my pizza and to my surprise it was burnt and the crust was super hard. I called to try and figure out a way to make the situation better the guy offer 0 help said "ummmmm we haven't changed anything it comes that way" absolutely not!! Never again!

I've had an interview there twice now. The first time I was hired and given a schedule then I got a call a few hours later from the boss saying they didn't need me cause I couldn't work weekends. Then a few days later I found out it was because of someone else that worked there and didn't want to work with me. Would you call that fair or not? Then I applied the second time and got an interview and I told her I was available whenever she needed me and mind you I have ALOT of experience in the pizza business. She told me in the interview to call the next day so I did seeming very eager to work and she told me she went with someone else because they had more availability then me. So I just would like people to know that the boss for fox's is not fair and she will lie about why she doesn't want to hire you. I thought being honest and respectful was how a professional should be but that was not the case for me. Oh and the waitress Rachel Heath is rude, big headed, and a drug addict.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The pizza was delicious, the wedge fries were perfect, the pizza-shaped cookie dessert was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The prices were excellent, and there was a clean baby changing table in the very clean bathroom. The best part, though, was the phenomenal kids' play nook that they had set up! My two little ones played there while we waited for the pizza (which was lightening fast), ate, and then went back to playing until my husband and I were ready to go with almost no fussing. They had sweet books for the kids to read, a huge tub of Duplo blocks for smaller toddlers to play with, two cute little rocking horses, lots of little cars, and one of those great pretend town rugs for the kids to use to play with the cars. It was so clean and truly lovely. If we weren't just passing through, this would absolutely be our new go-to pizza spot! I would love to have such a genuinely family-friendly restaurant near me!

Vegetarian options: They have a ton of vegetarian friendly appetizers, toppings, and main dishes.

Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly! Their sweet little play area made this genuinely the most positive dining-out experience I've ever had with my small children.

Ordered 2 dozen wings and an order of spaghetti. Dry wings. Spaghetti lacked any flavor but water if that makes sense. Quick service tho.

A girl named Rachel served me and made the best damn pizza I ever had and she was about the sweetest thing to top it off. Whatever they are paying that girl , it isn’t enough. I never really liked fox’s pizza in the past but I think I might now.

We received a flyer in the mail for a $7.99 pizza with a code on the app only. It can not be used outside of the app & the promotion is good through February 2024! Was very excited because we LOVE our fox's pizza. But everytime we tried it doubled the price of the pizza! I called the store to voice my frustration......he was aware of the problem & says it never works and doesn't know why fox's puts out app only codes! He said he would honor it over the phone.....once only! But the offer is good until 2/24 and the app is broken! Definitely a case of false advertising. Looking to report to the better business bureau. It's not right to advertise something that there is NO chance of redeeming!

Placed an online order for a sub the sub was made wrong call to get it fixed and a new one made instead of credit. I then had to pay to have them deliver the replacement. Like how you gonna mess up the first sub then charge to fix your mess up.

One word that always comes to mind for this place is consistency. Food is always delicious, reasonably priced and delivered very quickly. Every single time I call the person on the phone is extremely nice and sounds genuinely happy to be getting my buisness which is just such a rare these days when it comes to ordering food over the phone from most places.
