Lorenzo's does not normally take reservations, but I did my due diligence and called anyway and told them I had a party of 15 to 18 for a family dinner on a Friday afternoon. tl,dr: go to this pizza place if you love giving yourself the best things in life

I have worked in 4 different pizza places in the Pittsburgh Area (even one in New Hampshire for a bit), all of them Mom'n'Pop shops. I have about 8 years of professional experience and im definitely a pizza snob.
