The good, staff and whole experience of Franklin pennsylvanias pizza hut is outstandingly exemplary! They always make u feel like royalty. One day I wanted to end my life and I ordered food and after leaving there it changed my thought process n reinstalled my faith in humanity . The food is perfect each time . My god these people should be paid more . They must love life

Placed order for delivery. Informed would pay at the door and tip in cash. Little did i know they use door dash to deliver. My order was never picked up. I called around 9pm didn't receive order and was to late to order elsewhere. Dont order delivery from them. Their are other better options for pizza that have their own drivers

Franklin pa they had different workers the day I was there anyway and they are rude and manager is also rude. Pan pizza crust and toppings are terrible for the price. We are basically paying for crust!! Won’t be back!!

Liam made it an experience! Very attentive waiter made what should have been a pizza.....an event. Bravo to Liam for making our day! He recommends the bacon cheese bread!
Absolutely a joke every time I order delivery it’s over an hour late more often than not and so this time I called after an hour and 20 minutes and I only ordered a dinner box nothing crazy and they are immediately elude to me saying they called me and rung doorbell but what’s funny is we don’t have a doorbell and I left door cracked open consistently checking so I will not be ordering anymore dominoes is in town now they should be better hopefully next time I want pizza
