As an ice cream enthusiast who frequents many spots around the Philly area, I can confidently say that this Dairy Queen in Malvern is exceptionally well-run and one of the best I've come across! The place is always spotless, and I often visit with my grandchildren, who love it just as much as I do.
The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasure. They even go above and beyond by making exceptions for me—when it’s not too busy, they’re kind enough to prepare a fresh pint, something other locations just won’t do. It’s those little touches that make this DQ stand out. Thank you for the great service and delicious treats!

My kids love Dairy Queen cakes for their birthdays, but this place gets them wrong more than it gets them right. They were supposed to be open today at 10:30 for pickup but a posted sign said sorry for the inconvenience but we will be opening at 11:45. They could not make the cake I ordered because only the owner does it and he was not there, so they said if I just ordered a standard cake it would be $10 off. When I went to check out today, I informed the guy that was supposed to be $10 off, but he charged me the full price and said that was correct, even though that is the price I have always paid for the mix-in cakes.
Great

2 boys working they have no clue or interest in what they are doing, I had to remind them of everything including not even giving me a spoon for my Sunday! All I can say is there is no one home in their air heads!

Nobody came out to greet or serve us when we arrived even though a loud bell rings to alert them of customers walking in. Additionally, whoever is hiding in the back has a nasty cough considering it's a food establishment.

This was our first time at this location and we were impressed. There is plenty of seating and the restrooms were immaculate! We ordered food and ice cream and everything was good. Gentleman working the counter was very friendly.

Nothing fancy and prices have gone up substantially over the last 18 months. Staff appeared new and challenged when preparing our order. Plenty of parking.

Love Heath Bar Blizzards!
Stopped by late on a Wednesday night. 2 guys were working and were double teaming orders so wait wasn't long. I ordered a small peanut butter cup Blizzard with a squirt of hit fudge. The Blizzard was 4.99 and the "squirt" was 69 cents.. and it Qasim a single squirt. That's like 15 percent! I didn't charge for this when I worked there and that price is outrageous for something so simple. It's like if a hot dog place charged for mustard! Very disappointing. Do better DQ!
This is a great place
