Ordered Delivery from this shop, waited about an hour for any update, was just left sitting.
Eventually gave them a call, when answered was given a 7 word response and then a quick hang up.
Called immediately back to cancel order, was left on the line.

Might be one worst place on Earth. So many incompetent and ignorant people. Never have anything been on time. Staff is rude and uncaring.

The staff were extremely rude. I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior at any other pizza place.

Overall, a good place to get pizza. The service is quick, the staff are friendly, and the pizzas are hot and fresh. Consistently reliable for both pick-up and delivery, and great for a casual meal with family or friends.

This is actually the worst run Domino's I've ever had the misfortune of ordering from. They will sell you food that is out of stock, knowingly selling you items they are unable to fulfill. When we called back, immediately, they said there was no management available, that they could do nothing about a refund, and that we basically had to suck it up. We called corporate because the man in the store was so rude. They said that there was a manager, they should be able to start a refund, and that they'd call the store and get them to reach out to us. The store has not reached out, despite apparently claiming to have tried calling us at least twice. Corporate isn't progressing anything along and the store itself is apparently full of incompetent managers that are unable to refund a simple $5. This level of pizza is, very simply, not worth it. Apparently, just about all the nearby Domino's are run by the same people.

The last three times I’ve ordered from here, there’s been no problems whatsoever. Maybe it’s luck, but no complaints from me! Good stuff as always.

The worst customer service possible. I ordered the food, they delivered to incorrect address and told me to go and pick up at another address. The store person did not even talk to me and hung up the call while talking. They told me that I paid for the food and I have to pick up from someone else’s door. Would stay away from this store if possible.

I ask for well done pizza and they burn all spinach. It was not well done it was burnt pizza. After asking to make proper pizza employee was arguing. Very bad service. Associates needs to know how to talk with customers. Other employee was cleaning his head and cutting pizza. Very bad services. Terrible. I wish I can give negative star.

Pizza came 1 and a half hours later after I ordered and 45 min after Dominos said it was delivered. Entire order was ice cold!
Do not order from this store!

1st time to PA and it appears customer service here in Malvern PA is not at the top of the list! Even left good tip all for nothing!

Our pizzas were delivered an hour past the original time of 30 minutes. They arrived cold and burnt to a crisp. The thin crust was not even edible.

They often forget to put cheese which is the main ingredient of the pizza. The pizza is hard and they are not very much receptive to customers ask

One of the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, my food was sitting around for 40 minutes and I called and waited 15 minutes to cancel the order. Finally someone picked up the phone and was absolutely rude and hung up on me. Do not use this establishment, and fire the people that are hired there.

We haven’t had Domino’s pizza in years so decided to try it again. I was a little annoyed because no one was taking my order. A delivery woman came in and was surprised I wasn’t being helped. She was very nice and efficient. I ordered a small with garlic Parmesan sauce and grilled chicken. There were 2 very small pieces of chicken on each slice. Really? Definitely needed more chicken but the pizza was good although more garlic would be better. I was actually surprised. My husband wanted regular pizza with pepperoni. He liked it. The 3 stars for service goes to that delivery woman. Take note: hire someone to take the orders!

They sell Burned Pizzas and then tell you it’s not burned thats the seasoning! They get 1 star because I can’t do negative! Terrible!
Then they offered a pizza coupon! Haha! I don’t want another anything from them! Not even for free!!! I donated Gas Money! Lol!
