Domino's Pizza

One of the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to, my food was sitting around for 40 minutes and I called and waited 15 minutes to cancel the order. Finally someone picked up the phone and was absolutely rude and hung up on me. Do not use this establishment, and fire the people that are hired there.

We haven’t had Domino’s pizza in years so decided to try it again. I was a little annoyed because no one was taking my order. A delivery woman came in and was surprised I wasn’t being helped. She was very nice and efficient. I ordered a small with garlic Parmesan sauce and grilled chicken. There were 2 very small pieces of chicken on each slice. Really? Definitely needed more chicken but the pizza was good although more garlic would be better. I was actually surprised. My husband wanted regular pizza with pepperoni. He liked it. The 3 stars for service goes to that delivery woman. Take note: hire someone to take the orders!

They sell Burned Pizzas and then tell you it’s not burned thats the seasoning! They get 1 star because I can’t do negative! Terrible!
Then they offered a pizza coupon! Haha! I don’t want another anything from them! Not even for free!!! I donated Gas Money! Lol!

The minute i walked in the worker gave off attitude towards his customers. Watched how he answered the phone with ignorance and attitude.
Asked him a question and gave attitude answer. If he is working and I see him I will walk away.

Avoid this dominos, didn’t receive our entire order and the pizza has the wrong toppings on it. The manager was extremely disrespectful over the phone. She said she saw her bag our 5 boxes but we only received 4 on arrival.

I encountered an employee who was consistently rude, aggressive, and confrontational. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue — I’ve had a similar experience every time I’ve interacted with him. The service has been extremely disappointing.

I’m never going back there again.

Food is good. But extremely bad customer service. When you go for pick up no one will attend even if there are three people. Food is packed and avb in shelf but they won't check the name and hand it over to us instead they will ask us to wait for few and tell us that it is still getting ready
