I have not been to McDonalds in years. Today reminded me why. Food was pretty terrible. I was taken aback by how rude the woman collecting payment was. That was until I got to the pick up window. She made the lady at the first window look like a Pollyanna! I was shorted a meal! Who hires and keeps these people?!!! Called customer service repeatedly. No follow up or acknowledgement at all whatsoever!

I HAVE! Four times! Spoke to someone FOUR TIMES who said someone would call me! Called a fifth and sixth time and was hung up on! Wow! Impressive!

Overall, this is a good McDonald’s in Frazer. The location is convenient, the restaurant is usually clean, and service is reasonably quick. Staff are generally polite and orders are prepared correctly. A reliable spot for a fast meal or quick coffee stop.

Spoiled fries were served on Saturday afternoon 8th nov. i tasted few and got old oil smell.kids fell sick the next day with diarrhea and vomitting. Please save yourself from these fries. This plce is not good.

This was the closest location around my work. I would say three months ago. I had no issues just recently. I’ve been having issues with this place. I’m allergic to pickle and I’ve been given the sandwich multiple times with pickle on it when I specifically ask and make clear that I have an allergy to it. luckily, I never ran into an issue where I actually consumed one because it’s life-threatening however, the most recent time I was not so lucky I usually always check but this time I didn’t because I had a conversation with the worker at the window about how severe the allergic reaction is so when I bit into my sandwich there it is. When I went back around to get a fresh one, they took the old one and I thought it was kind of funny until I had to go to the hospital for it. I tried to call multiple times I would say around seven then after that I gave up because nobody would answer the phone poor service very slow and incoherent to simple instructions. Wish you luck.
