Multiple times now I’ve placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant with doors locked. One time the drive thru wasn’t even open so I had no way to get my order at all. I knocked on all of the windows and the person inside never even looked and the phone was off the hook. Today the drive thru was open so I just had to wait a really long time, but it’s ridiculous to have the doors locked at 8:30 in the morning with no signs or anything stating what’s going on. The mobile app shouldn’t be taking orders if they aren’t open or shouldn’t be allowing for counter pick up if their doors are locked.

The food is Always older food and on the cold side. I have Never had a meal from that McDonalds that was fresh or hot. It's the only McDonalds near me, which is the only reason I've repeated a visit there, out of necessity. The employees in drive-through, for the most part, have been short, rude, or not what I consider professional. No matter your job, do it with kindness, professionalism, and to your best ability. I worked fast food as a kid and got tips.( not requested, like these days, I was just doing my job ! Definitely the norm...) I made $3.00 an hr. !!!!??

Last weekend I was really craving chicken nuggets so we stopped here after the gym. My girlfriend had a chicken sandwich, but I had the nuggies. I asked for honey mustard dipping sauce, but instead they gave me a sweet and sour and a BBQ. It was still good, honestly.

The service was good and the atmosphere wasn't bad for a fast-food restaurant. The food, however, was disappointing. I've been going to McDonald's for years and the size of the Big Mac I got was way smaller than it used to be...and twice as expensive. The fries, also, were cut thinner than they used to be. It changed their taste and texture to something I'm not fond of. They resembled potato sticks instead of fries. Take my advice and go to Burger King instead.

I’ve been in this drive through for 4 minutes. Just realized a computer is talking to me. No one is here and it’s 6:19. Supposed to be open at 6:00am.
Minimal wait time between order and good being ready. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Restaurant was clean and staff all seemed to know what they were doing.

The food is McDonald's through and through.The service is much better now since the pandemic. They weren't able to get orders out with any speed or consistency then. Now (in the dining room at least) they are speedy and consistent. They keep the dining room and bathrooms clean for the most part. If you're looking for McDonald's, this location isn't bad.

I stopped by around 10:15pm as the hours listed are open until 11pm. As I was pulling up to the drive thru the employee on duty saw me and turned out every light in the building. Went up to the drive thru speaker. Got a very sarcastic greeting and was told someone would be with me in a second. 5 minutes later I see the employee walking out to their car and head home. Awesome staff you got here
