In general the food was fine. I really enjoyed my ahi tuna and the potato soup. Unfortunately, my son's steak was overcooked and so was the chicken my husband and his mother ordered. The margaritas were excellent and the server was great. I think his name was Carl or something close to that. He was awesome.

My husband and I walked in and then waited five minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The host (young brunette girl) looked us straight in the eye and didn’t say ANYTHING. She then wandered back off to chat with her friend in the back. Multiple servers passed and said nothing. Yes not their job but also if you see someone waiting maybe a “someone will be right with you” or even a hello. No one ever came to help us after trying to get the hosts attention we decided we would rather drive 30 min and dine at the one in Glen mills where they care about their customers. Not usually one to write a bad review but goodness that was awful customer service. Will be going to the Glen mills location from here on out.

The startender Kya is exceptionally amazing, her service is prompt and precise. Even with a busy bar she is attentive and polite like you’re the only one here! To add to it she is extremely beautiful which makes the dining experience all too pleasant. I recommend eat here if you’re in the area.

The $30 Porterhouse here was better than the $50 one I ordered in the City a week ago. Great food for great value! Service was slightly slow, but friendly and professional otherwise. Quiet, but early on a Saturday afternoon so expected.

Went today and it was a BLOOMIN type of a day …… The food was 999 stars and the server was 1000 stars. Outback is my favorite restaurant, the menu has something for everyone… I started off with the BLOOMIN Shrimp and BLOOMIN onion and they rocked, and the amazing server was Allison….

The staff are absolutely amazing treat you like your at a family dinner with good friends service was professional and courteous food was served in a timely fashion 15 minutes after we ordered just a nice place to relax and enjoy your food and friends the staff and employees should be the blue print of how a family restaurant should be run good job guys 👍👍😁the food was amazing especially those Aussie fries

Our waitress was more interested in BSing with her coworkers than waiting tables. It wasn't busy at all, and it took 40 minutes to get our food. We ordered refills with more bread, and the waitress forgot to put it in. When we asked, she said they threw it out, and she will resubmit it... Total BS
