My mom and I stopped at the QVC Outlet on the way to a relative in Maryland. Just to see what's changed, I walked around the shopping complex, and found Teapioca (It's been about 6 years since I was in the area). Their matcha lemonade was out of this world! The owner was so informative of the teas and syrups, with the addition of me being a tea nerd, a single purchase ended up being a half hour conversation 😂💕
I can't wait to be back in the area!...

The staff was so very friendly and took time to answer our questions and walk us through the menu . It was hard to choose just one thing to try. Our drinks were out in a flash but the variety of seating and inviting atmosphere had us not wanting to leave. Everything was clean even the restrooms. We can’t wait to go back

I love this place!! Drinks are always delicious, sooo many options to choose from, and the staff are friendly and helpful! I got a strawberry lemonade slushy with strawberry bursters this time, 10/10 recommend!
