Let start off with I order from here a decent amount and all has been great but recently my orders have been getting messed up I left them go but now this is Sadi waited 50 minute for my 30 min carry out order I order a med half cheese half extra pep and paid for the topping and I got cheese sticks more like cheese loaf not one bit of it was cut, and last is my pizza the large sweet chili Hawaiian pizza now I know that pineapple has juices that will cook into pizza make it soft and white sauce tends to get running when to much is put on and extra cheese needs a little longer to cook this was like soup when I picked it up to put on plate and everything fell off !!!! Just do a better stop rushing everything

Honestly, ordered from here a few occasions. Usually don’t have many issues. Tonight. Food was delayed by more than 30 minutes. I arrived and was informed that the breadsticks were done meanwhile the pizza had not been start. Once the food was done I watched the woman in the kitchen put it in a box and on top of the oven, while she saw me waiting. Had to wait for someone else to come and hand me my food finally. Once I got home neither, the pizza nor breadsticks were cut whatsoever. Only one slice down the middle each. Usually enjoy this place, tonight was a big let down.

we order online becuse they could not get our coupon to take over the phone.. but worked online. after about an hour and half a black car pulled in to my drive way down to the back of my house turned around and left. I called foxs pizza thinking it was the driver and they said the driver had just left. a half hour after that call I called again because it was now almost 2 hours since I ordered they again apologized and said the driver just left. the pizzas were under cooked , several sections of the big daddy were huge crusty dough bubbles and both pizzas were barely warm. both times I called we got an apology however each time I was told the driver had just left with our order.... very disappointing service has gone so down hill . we have ordered from this spot for several years and sadly just as with every where else prices go up and service drops and now they are charging a delivery fee on top of the driver tip....

Must be under new management or ownership, because the lady running the front desk now (so called manager) is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My Husband could hear her bitching about us in the kitchen when he went back, because our order wasn't right the first time. He is almost 100% sure she flipped him the finger as well when he was leaving. When I called back, because the order was yet again wrong and the food was poorly made... she argued with me on the phone and refused to give my money back even when our order was wrong twice and we had to drive back twice. Very rude. I've ordered from this Fox's many times without any issues until tonight. I am not sure why the change, but both the food and the service have went downhill dramatically. I will not order from this Fox's again.
Ordered online. They did not read my order at all. Didn't put the condiments that I asked for on my order and placed condiments that I specifically requested no on my order on it. Don't answer the phone when you call.

We are literally here 3/4 times a week for snacks / SLUSHIES / tea / a pizza n don't hit the corner.Coolest staff ever. Kindest ppl we only eat pizza from here.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter LOVES these people. She's the queen of slushies and they always make it great for her. My son's are tea a holics and cooler is always stocked.

Good, speedy service with a smile and the food is decent. Overall I would recommend. Pricing is a little high for what they offer but not a bad place to grab some quick feel good food
