Cherry's Caribbean Palace - Jamaican and Soul Food

I hadn't been through Freemansburg for months...thought the construction on Main Street was at least near done--not so (It's only open to local traffic and signs say not for through traffic. You can get through but very very slowly. I do think it will take until the end of this year before it's completed...just my guess!).

It was getting near dinner time, plus the road is horrendous, so I had to go slow and I had had a long day. I knew I wouldn't feel like cooking. I spied Cherry's Caribbean right there on Main Street, and I thought: why not? The food smelled so good as I walked up to the order window. Cherry does the cooking and her son, Tony, takes care of the orders...very nice folks! I ordered oxtails for the Hubs and curried chicken for myself. Both our platters were plentiful and absolutely DELISH! IMO, the seasoning and spice were on point! Cherry's Caribbean is worth going back for more! And I will!

Loved this place! This place felt like a family establishment. The Jerk Chicken plate was delicious, and enough food for two meals. The spicy patty was also great.

Exceptionally good food. Very friendly staff. The jerk chicken and pork are my favorite. Be sure to have a drink before eating because it is a tad spicy. A+

Did a lot of work in freemansburg last year and would stop by everyday for food. Love all the food that i got always delicious and always great service.

soo good! me and my sister split a plate of mac and cheese, steamed cabbage and brown stew chicken. the chicken was legitimately the best i've had from any restaurant in our area. super tasty, we'll definitely be coming back

Cold food. Way too expensive. Poor service.
I ordered beef patty plantains cabbage and juice. I recieved 6 plantains (cold) 5$
Small cabbage also cold 6$ patty 3$ juice 2$
If the portions were bigger and actually fresh food I wouldn’t mind. She warmed it up in the microwave ? when u took it back and refused to give me fresh plantains that she made. I’ll never go back here.

To start off , before cherrys I sorta had NO clue what jerk chicken was , fast forward my lovely boyfriend then too me to cherrys introduced me to jerk chicken n this lovely lady , N’ when I tell you I instantly fell in love I do not regret it at all spicy level is 10/10 after a few orders
Your taste buds adapt to it but this is now me an’ my boyfriend’s favorite meal , we legitimately dread Sundays N’ Mondays since y’all are closed , Thank you for having the blessed hands N ‘ homey service that you do , we appreciate you so much, much love XoXo❤️

The food is good but the portions are off I ordered a large oxtail I got 4 pieces of oxtail! 25$ for mostly rice is Terrible! For some reason I can not post the picture of my food to show how bad the protein portions are. This is my.second visit and I don't think I'll go again better food, prices and portions at princess jamacian restaurant in easton.!
