Excellent customer service!!!!

My daughter is a fairly new business owner (baking) and is in town on a Summer Break. We were referred to the Cheletom Bakery from a family member who loves the place. Upon entering you are immediately cordially greeted and asked if you need help with anything. That sets the tone for a wonderful visit. It's nice to have good quality supplies all in one place and not have to go through loads of low quality product on amazon. Michelle is friendy, very knowledgeable and down to Earth. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Tom as yet but I have spoken with him on numerous occasions via phone. His customer support is fantastic! They always make the entire process smooth and stress-free. 5 Stars...

They have everything you need and if not they help you find it. They're very knowledgeable and friendly. LOVE this place.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a question and the gentleman working was happy to help point me in the right direction and even gave me tips on techniques I wasn’t totally familiar with. I would recommend this store to bakers of all levels!

I absolutely love Michelle and Tom !!! Been apart of the store since bev was around and I have to say without a doubt what an improvement the store has made since the new owners came in !!! They listen and respond !! You need a specific item and they don’t have itGive it a week it’ll be there if they can find it !! They are always honest and fair and that’s important

I have been to Cheletom for cookie decorating classes and baking supplies. Each time I’ve visited I have found what I was looking for. If it was not available I was given a choice to purchase something similar, that would work as well, or have them make an order. Michele and Tom are knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely love this store takes a bit over an hour to get there but so worth the trip.I just wish they had a store in my area also because no stores near me has half the stuff that Chel Tom store has.

Most amazing store, has everything you need for all your baking/ candy making needs! Customer service is top notch! It is worth the 45 min drive it takes me to get here! Truly a great experience everytime! Highly recommend!
