When every big retailer was sold out of holiday sprinkles on Dec 10th- I emailed CheleTom and they responded back very quickly that they were fully stocked! Such a cute shop and the nicest people working. I'll be back!
My daughter is a fairly new business owner (baking) and is in town on a Summer Break. We were referred to the Cheletom Bakery from a family member who loves the place. Upon entering you are immediately cordially greeted and asked if you need help with anything. That sets the tone for a wonderful visit. It's nice to have good quality supplies all in one place and not have to go through loads of low quality product on amazon. Michelle is friendy, very knowledgeable and down...
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a question and the gentleman working was happy to help point me in the right direction and even gave me tips on techniques I wasn’t totally familiar with. I would recommend this store to bakers of all levels!
