Big shout out to the entire team I went to pick up an online order and this very old couple came up behind me also waiting, I’m on my phone and the lady violently waves her hand in my face blocking my phone screen as I’m looking down. I look over with a confused face and they have the nerve to say “well are you going to seat us or what???” I respond “I’m not a worker and I am waiting for my food” they laugh awkwardly and brush it off no apology just awkwardly standing behind me and the husband pats my back out of embarrassment but still no apology. It was honestly frightening how unapologetically rude they were I was almost scared for a second the way she waved her hand in my face I could’ve sworn she was going to hit me. Even if I happened to be a waiter, who on earth treats a human like that. I can only imagine a place this good attracts an entitled crowd I feel sorry for the team because I can only imagine what you guys go through daily. I come here very often and the food is always amazing and so is the service!

This is our favorite restaurant and every time we find one when we are far from home, we stop there for dinner. We will go out of our way to find a bonefish on our way home. Must try!

We celebrated my daughter as she graduated from KU. We were a party of 9 but not the only large party this day. The food was delicious (they have gluten free options), the service was exceptional. What made this visit most memorable was our server, Hope. Hope was more than our server. She was our celebration director. She engaged the entire room in honor of not only my daughter, but also for the other party's celebrations ! She made the whole event special.

Webt there for a nice dinner which we had before,menu changed and not for the better I ordered have shrimp scallops and filet fillet was tough and tasted like salt wife ordered halibut with rice and broccoli was given halibut with green beans and mushrooms does not like mushrooms and what if people are allergic to certain foods they should not be able to just substitute other items very poor decision needs to be looked at in my opinion menu changes were not good

Our first time at Bone Fish Grill, celebrating our anniversary. An absolutely awesome experience, from the greeter, the manager, who stopped by our table to chat with us, and our amazing server, Dominique! Its our new favorite restaurant and booking for Fathers Day!

It was a treat for my Grandma and I to be served by Dominique! She is super attentive, friendly, and considerate with all her customers! The food came out at the perfect times where we did not feel rushed and could take our time to enjoy. I will absolutely ask for Dominique when I come back!

One of our favorite places to eat. Bang bang shrimp is a must try.

Cherrielyn was the best bartender I’ve ever had! Drinks are amazing! Food came out in a timely fashion love bonefish so much. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone with celiac disease as our experience made it clear that, despite their advertised and verbally confirmed accommodations, the restaurant does not take dietary restrictions seriously.

We contacted the restaurant in advance to confirm that a specific salad listed on their gluten-friendly menu could be safely prepared for someone in our party with celiac disease. We were assured that it could be. Upon arrival, we requested the gluten-friendly menu and clearly informed our server about the dietary restriction. He acknowledged it and made a note.

However, after taking a bite of the salad, we discovered several pieces of fried onion mixed in - an ingredient that the gluten-friendly menu explicitly stated would be removed. The server apologized and brought a replacement, but although he said he informed the manager of the situation, no one came to our table, and no apology or compensation was offered.

Great food with good portions, service is spoty

This was my first time eating here. The food was really good. We had a but of wait and there was a big party next to us, that was loud, but otherwise it was really good and I would definitely eat there again.

I had high expectations for this restaurant given its luxurious ambiance, but the food was an absolute disappointment. I ordered a burger, expecting something gourmet, but what I got was a small, flavorless patty in a soggy bun that honestly reminded me of McDonald’s. My fiancé ordered a shrimp pasta, which landed him in the ER with violent food poisoning.

To make matters worse, the menu itself was terrible—ingredients weren’t properly listed, making it a nightmare for anyone with allergies. If you have dietary restrictions, I’d strongly advise against coming here.

The only redeeming factor was that the service was okay, but that hardly makes up for the awful food and the health risk. Definitely not worth the price or the risk. Avoid this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Drinks, Great Service, and a Hangover Waiting to Happen

Stopped by Bonefish Grill Allentown and grabbed a spot at the bar, which turned out to be a great choice. Started with a Bourbon Mango cocktail—absolutely awesome, tasted like a guaranteed hangover in a glass (in the best way possible). The wife went for the Bees Knees, a smooth, classic throwback to the Prohibition era—solid choice.

We went with the 3-course meal—plenty of food and a great deal. Started with salad, then Bang Bang tacos, and finished with a brownie dessert. No complaints there! The wife tried the Kung Pao Shrimp Bowl, and… well, let’s just say we won’t be ordering that again. But hey, now we know.

Service was top-notch—shoutout to Alex, our bartender, who was on point the whole night. And when the next bartender clocked in, he checked on us immediately—love seeing that kind of teamwork behind the bar.

Great food, great drinks, reasonable prices. Definitely worth a stop!

Alex was such an amazing and accommodating manager! Made sure to acknowledge us as soon as we walked in - greeted us and brought us to our table. Service workers nowadays are just trying to get it done. Alex, on the other hand, made us feel incredibly special and like valued customers - even as it was my first time here! Will DEFINITELY be coming back. Cody was also an amazing server, he made amazing recommendations and helped us have an special and unforgettable Valentine’s day ❤️
