My experience at Bonefish was just okay. Nothing really stood out. The service was average, and the food felt low quality for the price. Overall, it didn't live up to my expectations.

Great experience! The hostess wasn't too responsive to me and a few guests afterwards but Liz and Jada were awesome at the bar!!!! I will definitely be back. I've eaten at a few Bonefish Grill restaurants from DC to VA and in between.

The worse takeout experience. Never in my life did I have to put two orders in for both of them to be cold and food thrown together like rushed and saying screw you you ordered take out like spending over $190 dollars on take out isn’t good enough to get great service on take out. When I tell you I’m so disappointed and felt like I should had ordered fast food instead. Then you call and the manager seems annoyed with you when you have missing food spent over $190 for 1 meal and two desserts and put in another order also waited on the phone for 25-30 minutes. I was livid! The food isn’t what it used to be to be I will NEVER EVER order from this location again.

Excellent service & great food ! Love going out to eat at Bonefish. Quality fish and nice ambiance.our waiter, Jay, was so attentive & pleasant. He is an excellent waiter. His uniform was pressed and neat. We are pleased with the delicious bang bang shrimp, breaded cauliflower & bang bang chicken. Great prices for happy hour food. Would highly recommend the Bonefish and Jay is the best waiter.

Absolutely and reliably outstanding in food quality and service. I went there on Monday and had the Chicken Marsala, and the service, portion size and burst of flavors still makes my mouth water on this Wednesday of our Lord January 21 of 2026. Hands down this place is our favorite place to visit when we're out this way.

The servers were exceptional! Nicole got us started and then Jada took over. We choose the meal for 2. The food was delicious and the meal for two was a great price and more than enough food.

I received great service from Dominique today. She is the first person to tell me about the rewards after noticing that I have frequented the restaurant multiple times. I signed up today and saved on my bill!

DO NOT GO HERE. i’ve been a long time customer of this bonefish location, over a decade. the decline of this location after the past few years needs to be studied. the food and drinks is just sysco slop at this point, it’s honestly laughable considering how much i used to love this place. now it’s just below average food at best for ridiculous prices. don’t get me started on the service, i’ve actually never seen staff so incapable in my life. whether it be waiting 15 minutes to get greeted when it’s not even busy at all, unfriendly hosts, or takeout always forgetting things. I now have to double check my bag before i leave everytime because the order usually wrong and I now have to ask for bread because apparently that’s not included anymore. I have never been kindly greeted coming in here, it’s very unwelcoming. I will not be returning to this location, which is sad because i have spent SO much money here in my life.

The food was delicious, I got fish and chips with one of the non-alcoholic drinks, and they both where excellent. It is a little on the pricier side, but that wasn't surprising.
It is super nice inside and they have one of those neat spinning doors at the entrance. I
One thing I wasn't to happy with was the wait for the food to get to the table, it took nearly an hour. Our server was super nice about it and actually came to our table to apologize for the wait, even though it certainly wasn't her fault.
I would definitely eat here again.
