Bravo! Italian Kitchen

We thought the new server was excellent. read our minds. The spaghetti sauce was a little bland. The meatballs were average. There could have been more sauce on the rigatoni. Really just average food. Very nice restaurant. Expert server. The drinks were great. Recommend to try this at least once. Matter of opinion.

We walked in and the hostess was more concerned with her after work plans being discussed with a coworker. We addressed her first because after a full minute of standing at the desk with her back to us she never greeted us. I explained that we have a reservation she walks away then we proceeded to wait 15 minutes before she even addressed us again. When she finally spoke to us there was a line of other patrons who still have yet to be addressed. We asked for a children's menu and 2 high chairs which she didn't provide. By the time our server got to us we still hadn't had the chairs. Service was slow which is to be expected these days but customer service at the door and the food presentation is even more important for that very reason. The food was subpar. My pasta noodles were stuck together and the sauce was dry to the point I asked for butter to make it palatable, the child's plate was extremely hot and we weren't warned, the chicken fingers/fries were so crispy our 2.5 year old couldn't eat them. Overall not the best experience. I dont often leave reviews but to have out of town guests come for such a mediocre experience was just unacceptable. .

Many years ago, Bravo was top on my list to go and dine. Not anymore, it has changed very much, and the quality has gone down! I had the grill salmon, and I must say the dish was executed very poorly. No seasoning on at all on the Salmon, the grill asparagus were warm, and the sweet potatoes were cold! Every component had a different temperature, and the place was empty, just a few people at the bar. No supervisor or manager on the floor to address the issue. Sadly, to say apparently, there is no passion or pride in cooking at Bravo.

Haven't been back to Bravo in about 3 years (part of it due to the fact that it was closed for most of that time). Wed always enjoyed a meal there and it did not disappoint! Food and service was outstanding! Will make sure to come back soon!

We did wait more then 1 hour for food to come . The service was not good at all . The dirty plates was seating on out table . No one come and ask do you want another drink . I go there because I use to like there food . I don't think so I will go again !

Never again! Our food sat at the perch and no one brought it out. I ordered a salad and it sat there for at least 25 minutes and we had 3 meals we were waiting on that were sitting there for at least 20 minutes. We asked the waitress if it was our meals and she said 'no, they are someone else's' Finally one of the guys in our party got up and walked over asking for the manager. We were told the manager on duty came from another 'store' and he refused to talk to us. A chef came out and apologized and all of a sudden our meals came out-the same meals and salad that were sitting there for almost 1/2 hour. On top of being lied to and the on duty temp manager refusing to talk to us we left. The meals were not fresh and most likely cold. It's a real shame our waitress lied and the overall experience was a zero. Bravo used to be one of my favs but can't say that anymore. I intend on notifying corporate.

Ate here for the first time, will not go back. This is the only Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to that you don’t get bread or a salad with your meal. I had to remind the waitress to bring me my cocktail when she brought our meals. The waitress never came back to ask how everything was or if we needed anything else, I would have liked fresh grated cheese on my Alfredo. Never again!

1st, and last time I will go there. While I will say that my food was good, two of our party thought the salad to be bitter. We asked they be taken off the check. This led to a quasi battle with the server, who after bringing her attention for the third time, snatched the check out of our hands. Her conduct with us was borderline rude. She treated the table next to us in the same fashion. The manager wound up apologizing for her after my wife brought it to his attention.

Save your time and money!!!!!My family and I had a horrible experience. Where do I start…1. They were short staffed which I can understand, but it took over and hour and a half for pizza and pasta.2. The waitress was sweet, but took forever.3. I used the bathroom my flip flops stuck to the floor, got into the stall no toilet paper had to track down someone to ask for tp.4. We finally got our food, I ordered pasta Alfredo- Alfredo was thin, I had green pieces which looked to be lettuce in the Alfredo. The noodles were clumped together. Same with my husbands pasta dish.5. I told the waitress my complaints- she did nothing tried to call the green stuff parsley!!!I remember eating here a few years back and it was a wonderful time. This was horrible and I will never go backI never write a review, but this was so terrible that I had to warn others not to go!!! A real waste of $$$$

The food was great and came out quickly! Our waitress though really put a damper on our dining experience. She never came back to check on us and she was sitting at the bar nearly the whole time we were there. She was even on her phone just before she came to take our order. We had to wait over 10 minutes for her to come and take the order.

Absolutely a fantastic restaurant!!Location is easy to get to. It’s located at the entrance of the Lehigh Valley Mall coming in from MacArthur Rd.Had lunch with a friend and she highly recommended this place.Staff was super friendly and quick.Prices are definitely worth for the delicious food.Ambiance is nice and seating is spacious for a comfortable meal.Love the simple Italian decor.I had the margarita, spinach and artichoke dip appetizer, lasagna and my friend had the Shrimp Scampi. Everything was so freaking delicious.You won’t be disappointed.

Entree was not prepared as ordered. It was redone and served correctly. Wine special promoted on web site for that day was not honored, was told only in bar not dining room. Even showed that site stated wine special.

Bravo open back up and I was excited to come again. the food was ok they do need to improve a little bit. But our server Joshepine really tried to make our night awsemo the staff is the best and drinks and dessert where delicious, do make a reservation for the weekends as it gets really crowded and they will not have availability for walk ins.

The food was EXCELLENT, especially the service. You can not ask for anything better.
