best place so far , had a great time and the service and the food Wow

I ordered spaghetti meatballs and a bolognese sauce. The meatballs were like rock, no flavor at all. I was very sad. The sauce was watery and no flavor at all. I made the best of it. They literally took the flavor out of the food.What a shame. They used to sell the recipes in a book at the checkout because the food was SO DELICIOUS.They completely removed any pork,veal or lamb from any of the meat sauce and meatballs, ravioli, etc.Only beef now. Which any good Italian knows can dry out and make everything tasteless and greasy. Very sad.The price was not an issue, the quality was. It's a shame that they compromised.

I was alone on business and hungry for a good Italian meal. Buca looked kind of charming. I was greeted by a less than charming waitress named Megan carrying a tray of dirty dishes. As I was putting on a mask in the lobby, she proceeded to lecture me on the "laws"of mask wearing. A host showed me to a table in the back. I waited about 10 minutes for a waitress who turned out to be - Megan. I stated that I couldn't hear her behind her thick mask and a noisy dining room. Instead of moving a bit closer, she proceeded to yell at me from across the table. The entire dining room turned around to stare. With that humiliation, I left the table. The two young males at the front desk offered no apologies after I explained what happened. I went across the street to Olive Garden who offered great service and food.

Best lasagna in town! The food there is all made from scratch and the staff is very friendly.

I had a fantastic dining experience a few days ago entirely made possible through the absolutely stunning service provided by our server Megan. She was truly a delight from start to finish and truly made our night one to remember. She was attentive, kind and knowledgeable and ensure that myself and my fellow diners had a truly excellent experience. I would recommend Buca di Beppo to all my friends and family in a heartbeat and would definitely say to request Megan! Stay pretty, girl!

Well worth the cost. Both Buca small and Buca large are worth the price. Best place to go for a good size group of people! Definitely kid friendly. Staff is very friendly! Give them 5 stars for everything!!

The staff was accommodating for our walk-in dining for party of 9. We requested the Pope room and they were happy to seat us there. No wait at 5pm for dinner. They get a 2 for the food. Meals were barely warm and Penne Vodka had no flavor. Also, no menus or solid drink menu to view and choose from.

The food was okay. The worst part was the mold covered by a plastic bag stapled to the ceiling right about our table. This place should be shut down due to lack of sanitation. My wife and I took a picture of it. Completely gross!!!!!!!!

They seated us right away. We were nicely spaced away from other guests. Our waitress was attentive and willing. We watched how thoroughly table cleaning was done by staff. (But, the green beans were a bit undercooked.)

It was delicious but wow, did they raise the prices!! $150 for 4 people...and we ordered small sizes. A glass of soda was $3.29....a 2 liter doesn't even cost that much. My son added chicken to his Penne Pasta dish....$7 extra....like wow!Never again, not worth it. :(
