I can't recommend this bakery enough! We've ordered Thanksgiving pies and birthday cakes, and each time, everything has been absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. One experience, in particular, stands out: We ordered two birthday cakes while living out of state. We called in the order with some special requests—one vanilla and one chocolate with peanut butter frosting. When we picked up the cakes, the woman working there was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever interacted with during an order pickup. We chatted about being in town for a special birthday after a long drive, and as we spoke, we decided to get some cookies for the kids as well. To our surprise, she generously gave the cookies to us for free, just wanting the kids to enjoy them. Then, she insisted that my husband and I pick out a cookie for ourselves, on the house! The service was extraordinary, the baked goods were phenomenal, and the whole experience was so heartwarming. I truly hope everyone gets to enjoy the amazing treats and top-notch service this bakery has to offer!

They chased my mom out of the store with a metal spoon because they got her order wrong. If you can’t appropriately deal with customer after they get the wrong order then get out of the hospitality industry. Absolutely deplorable and not only will I never go here again I’m telling everyone I know not to either. Sad to see we loved them for years.

The customer service has gone down hill. I've never waited so long with one person ahead of me just to get 6 donuts. One of the women was coughing and coughing without even bothering to cover her mouth. It's A FOOD Establishment. I'm very disappointed, I'm assuming the business changed hands bc it's really bad.

I've found mold on cake that I've bought from a local supermarket in Lehighton PA. I called this bakery to inform them as to what was happening on what was more than one occasion, only to have a rude employee tell me to call the supermarket. Strange thing is that I've gone to this supermarket to buy a certain cake and they didn't have it at the time, only to find it two days later from a fresh delivery with mold on them. But hey, I'm wrong according to the bakery. I will never buy this cake ever again. They lost a customer for life. Remember and it's unfortunate, people have a good experience they might tell five. Someone has a bad experience they might tell twenty five. With the bad experience and the rudeness, I'm telling fifty. Even if I see someone with your cake ready to purchase it, I'll share my experiences. Hope your happy!
Came in for 2 baguettes on a Sunday afternoon. The store was empty with the exception of one man who was elderly and walking around getting his stuff. 2 ladies in the store. One just standing at the register while the other one was stacking loafs for a pantry. Customer service was awful. They don't greet customers and will have you wait until they feel like ringing you up. I will not be visiting this location again. This was unnecessarily lousy customer service for no reason!!

Was not very happy at all with my purchase, first I was floored by the price, for 1 dz of chocolate and vanilla frosted cinnamon donuts and 1 dz of mixed cruellers, $33.00!!! And then to go home and they tasted as if they were from the day before, I was ? and my children were disappointed!!!! Very sad! To be 16.50 a dz. They should be fresh and delicious, I will not recommend nor purchase from this place again!

I hope you are all blessed with good health because you all have made thousands of people so very happy . I can’t wait to open that front door and begin to smell a little bit of Heaven ! Katie W
Wheelchair accessibility: So glad I can make it in with my wheelchair. I have not been able to come because I have no transportation. I only get free rides to my doctor. Do you deliver ? I live a few blocks from the PP&L building and the library.
