We just had Fairview do our wedding at the American club in Coplay and they did an amazing job. Breonna was absolutely the best to work with and gave amazing tips as we were planning out our wedding. We did the brisket, which was top notch, pulled pork, grilled chicken Mac and cheese baked beans, green beans and more. Everyone loved it and couldn’t stop talking about it. You guys did amazing and we truly appreciate you.

We used Fairview Catering for our casual wedding reception in June 2023. The process from start to finish was made easy thanks to Shanon and all the staff. The venue was on the very edge of their service area however, they welcomed the travel since it was within their stated range. Unfortunately I was too busy to eat during the event, but the feedback we received from our guests was all positive. We had over 200 guests and there was plenty of food for everyone. We will be using their services again in the future.

Just over one week ago Shanon of Fairview Catering served up an incredible menu of 4 different entrees along with all the sides, salads and desserts at our Emmaus High School Class of 1970's twice-delayed 50th Year high school reunion picnic at the Emmaus Community Park. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Prior to the buffet Shanon's staff also butlered a variety of tasty appetizers for the first hour or so. Shanon was very accommodating and probably spent several hours of her time discussing menu options and logistics over the months and weeks leading up to the reunion. I can say with confidence that there was not one complaint about the food from any of the 200+ guests at the event and that's saying something. Thank you Shanon and your staff for helping to make our celebration the most memorable one yet!
