I'm not a big barbecue person and this wasn't my favorite place, but considering my favorite place is no longer around I don't think, this will do. Still liked the food, just for me, I don't prefer it. I still definitely recommend it though because everyone has different taste buds.
This place is the closest ive come to actual true real deal BBQ especially being from Texas. There food is absolutely phenomenal the salmon is amazing the ribs are just amazing. Really everything on their menu is smoked to perfection. service is top notch they greet you as you enter and the inside is awesome. its decorated with actual photos of real war heroes and everyday men and woman that served our country in the military and law enforcement, fire fighters, etc. the decorations of all the patches that were worn by all of the different local law enforcement was so cool to look at while your waiting for your food. this place is for Veterans and it shows. Love it! this is a dying breed of customer service that you just won't get ANYWHERE else here in Whitehall/ Allentown. Thanks Mission BBQ.

Used Mission BBQ catering for my mom,s 95 th birthday party. Fantastic service. Staff very professional and friendly. Food was terrific. The staff even helped serve the cake. The staff packed up any leftovers for us to take home. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mission BBQ.

I visited Mission BBQ on September 24th and let me tell you, Mission BBQ offers a deeply patriotic dining experience, honoring the military and first responders. The atmosphere is filled with memorabilia, creating a unique and respectful setting. The BBQ is outstanding, especially the tender brisket and flavorful pulled pork, showcasing expert smoking techniques. A variety of signature sauces lets you customize your meal to perfection. Beyond the great food, the friendly staff and daily playing of the National Anthem add to the experience. It's a place where you can enjoy delicious BBQ while supporting a company that values community and service. I wish I got the staffs names but unfortunately I was too busy admiring the food and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I have eaten at the restaurant numerous times with my serviced dog training group. However this review is based on the catering event they were used for. I was not the bride for this catering event but a bridesmaid, I have years of experience in the wedding industry and was leaned on for advice on who to cater as well as a secondary contact to be used the day of the event. Mission was the first place I thought of when she said they wanted to go the BBQ route for there wedding and I could not have been happier I recommended you guys. Pat showed up the 24 hours before the event to take a look at the space and go over the timeline and answer questions. The next day Donna and Donna were there for set up prior to the ceremony beginning and they went above and beyond with what was expected of them. It was a backyard wedding with minimal staff, they helped the guys in charge of moving ceremony chairs to the tables like it was part of what was expected of them I was thoroughly impressed with such a small thing that most people didn't know or notice I'm sure. Pat showed up on time and all of the food was delicious. They wrapped all the food up and even smaller dishes for the bride and groom for later that night. They went over with me and the day of coordinator what would freeze well and what would not. The experience with Pat Donna and Donna could not have been better.

This place was amazing... such a good experience. The place was very well kept. The guy taking out order took his time and came around the counter and explained the menu to us. Food was all top notch, and since it was our first time there... they brought out a tray with 2 deserts on it as well as card for a free sandwich next time we come back! Can not say enough good things about this place... great job guys!
