I have been to plenty M-BBQ's and this was my worst experience. The place was not very clean. Sticky counter by soda machines. Dirty floors and tables. Staff was less than friendly. They seemed bothered to have customers.

I traveled from Georgia to visit my sister and came across this place. It was my first time and it didn't disappoint. The cashier was patient as I looked at the menu before ordering. The food was great and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I'll always make it a point to check this place out whenever I come back to visit.

This may depend on the time of day, since the meat tends to be dryer the closer you go to closing time.EDIT:I recently returned here and was very disappointed. We came for dinner and ordered some brisket, but was rather rudely told by the counter service employee that they were out of brisket, so I ordered pulled pork and fries instead. Then we were told that they were out of pulled pork and fries. Why would you run out of your most popular items at the very start of the dinner rush... on a Friday? We just left, instead. I said in my original review that the meat is dryer if you order closer to closing time, but at least they had some. We'll probably give them another chance. Hopefully, this was an unfortunate fluke...

Meat was EXCELLENT!!!!Dietary restrictions: I’m EXTREMELY GLUTEN SENSITIVE and after ordering carefully and asking the standard questions… I felt 90% safe. Ya just never know.Kid-friendliness: Keep them in check but it’s a loud environment so kids can be kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious!!

The food is great and their theme is fantastic. But just like every other restaurant, the price makes it not worth it. $18/person for what you get is hard to justify in my opinion. So although it is good, go somewhere where those $18 might go farther.
