Food was homemade and delicious. We met Carolyn, the owner and chief cook. She's been doing this since 1979 and doesn't want to slow down yet! She has a weekly rotation of homemade daily specials from meatloaf to roast turkey (Yes, real turkey!) to lasagna.
We found this gem by accident, walked in and were greeted by Carolyn as if she had known us forever. She pulled up a chair and we enjoyed wonderful conversations about life in Gallitzin. Beautiful lady, good food and great prices. If ever back in the area, we will definitely stop back in.
