I am from Washington I came to thid location while visiting for 2 weeks I stopped at this location a week ago I ordered a happy meal for my grandson got back to our motel and his nuggets were not in the box I had to run back and ask for my nuggets she is a red-headed manager and would not give me her name when I asked for it she said that it was none of my business along with another co-worker he was working with her that day my grandson was along so I just walked away now this morning on my way to head back home we stopped there for breakfast I ordered a number nine a number 10 with a small coffee and a hash brown when I got my order the number 10 sandwich was not in the bag I went in to get the correct sandwich the red headed manager the same woman refuse to sell it to me my daughter went in to order her sandwich when she found out that we were together she refused to sell it to me come to find out that she has been acting this way to everyone I am further pursuing this incident usually I'll let things go not this time this woman along with her co-worker that was working with her who refused to give their name as the manager that is highly unprofessional and I demand someone look at the video if you do not like your job you should not work there and I refuse to ever come back to this facility ever again I don't know what happened to the manager you did have but you got rid of one of the best I wish people would care about how customers are treated like they used to but they no longer do and again watch the video the whole video of the incident

Rebecca the manager has got some nerve. We placed our order by mistake at this location so we drove the way and at first the manager Rebecca was nice. Then we had mentioned our card wasn’t refunded because they canceled our order so they had to re order. She proceeds to roll her eyes and all we said was maam we’re sorry we just drove 30 minutes it was our mistake and she rolled her eyes again & proceeded to say “I’m not even going to say anything” first time going to this mcds and will be the last. Some people shouldn’t be working where they do

We came here specifically to play in the play place and there was some corporate meeting in there between four people and they locked the play place so none of the kids could play. Way to disappoint the children.

Overdone chicken nuggets but they were still a lot better than the sad stack of buns and thinnest beef patty with literally 7 pieces of diced onions that they tried to pass off as a hamburger. At least the food came out quick in the drive-thru.
