It is what it is. Fast food, service is non existent now because everything passed to a kiosk for you to do. Since when I order something now I'm in affect stealing some pimply kids job . I think I deserve compensation. I'm waiting ! ?️??

I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with unsalted fries and a medium fry. The cheeseburger was loaded with ketchup and the medium fry was cold, overcooked, and hard.If you go here, be sure to check your food before you pull away especially if you have toddlers. Asking for hot fresh fries would also be wise.

I had gotten my order through curbside and I hadn’t received my sauces in the bag so my fiancé went in to ask if we could get some, and had the receipt to show it to the person at the counter and she was rude and snippy. She had said that the sauces were in the bag because she had packed it herself, well we check all our bags before leaving and there were none. So she had given my fiancé the sauces and she gave us 2 wrong ones so my fiancé had again asked nicely for the correct ones and she again got an attitude and was rude. The food here is great and normally everyone here is so nice. But this was unacceptable service!

Ordered table service through the app. Waited 15 minutes for my order. When it came out, there was no drink cup. When I asked about the cup, attendant waved toward the counter and said, "There they are" and walked away.

Worst management i have ever seen in 50+ years.So let's start with tried. Placing an order using a national employee discount code. And they can no idea how to use it.So I placed my order of 2 double cheeseburgers, only ketchup, 1 Large coke, no ice and a apple pie, So I just paid full price of a little over $11. I pull up to get my food and they hand me a medium Coke. So I kindly told the girl that this is not right. I ordered a large and she commented to me. She's not dealing with this today. And walked away so the manager comes over and they take my receipt. And I wasn't charged for what I ordered. What? I was charged for and what they were giving me was 2 single cheeseburgers, one medium Coke. And french fries. I told her that's not what I ordered. And I'd like what I ordered. So after several minutes of sitting there, she asked me for my card back so she can refund the money.... I thought okay. She's gonna refund that and ring it back up the right way and I was okay with that. But that's not what happened. She handed me my card back with both receipts. And tell me to have a good day. And I asked her where my food was and she proceeded to tell me that she was not serving me any food that I can leave. I never once gave them a hard time or grief. I stayed, come even with the code not working. Hi, highly. Recommend avoiding this mcdonald's at all cost. Get just down the road to the one in parksburg. I got my full meal for less than $9. So I paid less get what I wanted instead of getting less and paying more.
