Very nice workers here. They had an issue with their app connection, but it didn't stop them from serving the people. I've been here a few times now dining in, and it's always been a pleasant experience.

The last time I went was when they were giving out some special glasses that they offer every year. The problem was that I went to the cafes in the company of my wife and she very kindly told them hello guys. Good morning and they never responded. After leaving we told them thanks and thank you. They did not respond, that is to say, lack of education on the part of the staff, not responding to a greeting, that is drunk and is very bad for a Starbucks.

I just took the first sip of my drink, and I am pretty sure I just got food poisoning. My drink isn’t a ice chai tea latte. It is just flavored water and it is also horizontally challenged.

Ordered ahead on the app at 8am on a Monday. Was filled quickly and correctly for 4 drinks and 4 breakfast sandwiches. Easy parking and no line at the drive thru. Thank you!
I go here often, only problems I have are ordering hot drinks and getting them iced but the most questionable is when they close the Cafe. Seems to me it would be better to close the Cafe for orders but keep it open for mobile order pick ups only if they are that busy. I hate waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes when my order has been ready the whole time. Also maybe update the app so I don't order if the Cafe is closed if it's that busy. Staff is always nice and helpful which is a plus!

this starbucks is absolutely one of my least favorites the staff keeps talking amongst each other and the girls are rude at times.the only favorite workers is the boy who works there he is the most polite and very personable worker there. also the music is way to loud where you can't talk each other.
It’s a hit or miss occasion there are very friendly and make great drinks but that is very minimal other times it’s horrible attitude and horrible drinks the amount of times I’ve had to go back because they made my drink wrong is ridiculous. I rather drive the extra miles to go to the Lancaster location I never have had a problem there.
