Very nice workers here. They had an issue with their app connection, but it didn't stop them from serving the people. I've been here a few times now dining in, and it's always been a pleasant experience.
The last time I went was when they were giving out some special glasses that they offer every year. The problem was that I went to the cafes in the company of my wife and she very kindly told them hello guys. Good morning and they never responded. After leaving we told them thanks and thank you. They did not respond, that is to say, lack of education on the part of the staff, not responding to a greeting, that is drunk and is very bad for a Starbucks.
I go here often, only problems I have are ordering hot drinks and getting them iced but the most questionable is when they close the Cafe. Seems to me it would be better to close the Cafe for orders but keep it open for mobile order pick ups only if they are that busy. I hate waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes when my order has been ready the whole time. Also maybe update the app so I don't order if the Cafe is closed if it's that busy. Staff is always nice...
